Good luck getting any customer service. This is not the first time our support tickets have been ignored. We have been unable to play on our Valheim server since the update. We have asked them to upgrade the latest version. Not the first time this has happened. First time we three day response. This time going on a week? Are they dead? They suck. They used to be good. 10 years ago.

Ticket response was good. Servers worked as needed. I haven't had much experience with custom servers but this was a pretty good one. Love that the user interface is strait out of 2005.
GameServers.com is GARBAGE
I was away from game hosting for a long time; I used to host with Gameservers.com and the ticket response was bad; now I tried to do this again and they are not just bad they are DREADFUL. I have a ticket that represents a problem with there server update process and the first ticket took nearly 7 hours for a response and then the SAME EXACT issue occurred and it has been 13 hours and no response. THEY ARE CRAP. The first response stated "There was a conflict with the update that required a re-sync of the files to be processed."and now I must be getting the same conflict again and they are doing nothing about it. I woulds think that tickets representing downed servers should take precedence... I get the distinct feeling they are ignoring me on purpose.

Unpleasant Experience
1 star not only due to the fact that most other Gaming services have a console interface built into there website to see real time logs. But Gameservers is the only company that i've ever used that has Removed my privilege to edit my FTP after i cancelled my subscription with months before it runs out. On top of that they broke my server with days between responses with no help at all. Dont waste your money with Gameservers Or shockbyte.
(Do note that i have been using them off and on the last handful of years. But after this it will be the last)

WHERE is my server?
So I paid for a month-to-month subscription via Paypal on the 26th - on their website it falsely states servers will be installed within minutes, it has been 2 days and still haven't receieved any login details on the 7DTD server.
Been waiting 2 days for some sort of communication regarding this issue from their amazing 5 star 24/7 around the clock support team - still nothing.
I was recommended Gameserver but clearly they are all smoke & mirrors. If you've read this far, find yourself a better server provider - you'll thank me later for saving your frustrations and time to a company that doesn't even care about providing support.

They have been awesome to work with when we had a server issue or needed to increase the players on the server. Sad that after a few years people move on in life and the servers weren't being. If we get back into things then most definitely we will use gameservers.

Gameservers has always been great to me. Even when I needed an emergency refund on a 12 month subscription they didn't even hesitate and had it done in 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend this website!
Very greasy experience...
Purchased a Rust server because their website said support was 24/7 and the server would be available immediately. I messaged after 15 minutes, because it was not available. No response. I waited 2 hours and messaged again. Still no response. Same thing at 4 hours, and finally after 6 hours of no contact whatsoever, I started looking for the refund options. There is no readily available documentation that describes how to get a refund AND your "month to month" is AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED with no option to "opt out". When I called my bank, the person I spoke to was familiar with this and told me they may have to issue a new credit card after reversing the charges. Afterwards, a technician from Gameservers did contact me, made an excuse about not getting back to me, and said he'd refund my purchase. Oddly enough - my payment posted 2 hours AFTER he said that. Really greasy experience. Would not recommend. Oh, I also kept screenshots/logs to show to Trustpilot next year, when these guys will flag this as a false review, counting on me being to busy with life to respond to Trustpilots request for proof of this nonsense. I'd encourage other folks to do the same.
Atrocious service received, AVOID.
Atrocious. Ordered a Rust server, received a complete dud setup that did not work from minute one. Not available on the master list to even connect to, unable to connect via rcon, server doesn't even generate the map no matter how many configurations or re-installs are attempted. Tried everything relentlessly for approaching 12 hours and I am well used to dealing with Rust servers and the necessary commands after 8 years of experience. Web site advertises 24/7 fast support yet has not responded at all. It also advertises a refund if not satisfied but I am severely doubtful that this will happen given that they do not even respond to their server being broken upon purchase.

It's alright BUT... Please be aware if you switch games on the server it may cost more. That's fine. The problem is that if you would like to switch back to the cheaper game all extra money they will pocket. It canot be applied to future subscriptions and no refunds available. It just disappears. I felt scammed.

Disgusting Service
I have three game servers with this company, and to be honest, they are absolutely disgusting. Out of five months my servers have run as they should for 5 days.
I have spent 4 months waiting for them to fix a login connection to the game. But credit where it is due, they fixed this after 4 months, so fast. The servers lasted 5 days before it has disappeared for everybody who rents the game from the login menu. All weekend nobody has been able to play and tickets have not been replied to for the last 53 hours. Avoid this company at all costs

Apart from their user interface, which could do with a serious update, I've never had an issue with them. I've used them before for both multiple Minecraft and 7 days to die servers. Support was relatively quick, no issues canceling whenever I did it from the client area. I only did 4 stars because I've learned over the years that knowing how much RAM, etc. is important and I feel they are not upfront about what you get for what you pay for, also like I mentioned above their client area interface could really use an update.
