The staff member was the rudest person to be working in this environment and it’s the second time I have experienced this with the same person . I went in with my grandson and he was so unhelpful and rude when I asked for a controller i then asked about the charging wire he tutted tutted and sighed when I didn’t understand what he was saying he then pushed my grandson hands off the counter as if he was going break a solid counter top , I moved myv11 year old grandson to the opposite side of me to get him away from this vile person , he then proceeded to say becareful off the battery’s that were hanging up . Honestly is this the best you can do game he was honestly the rudest nastiest person I have ever met.

I can only describe the staff as extremely rude and disrespectful obviously think it’s okay to rip people off as twice my daughter has been in the store to purchase games which have been clearly priced eg 2 games for £20 she got to the till and was charged £80 and the staff member then made out it was her fault. Very bad customer service.
I have just had a similar experience today when I went with my daughter as she had spotted a game she wanted to purchase it was clearly priced at £39.99 yet when the staff member scanned it came up at £42.99 we then confronted said employee of which he then made a complete song and dance about having to charge the price the game was labelled at his attitude was appalling he then called his manager her attitude was worse which ended up with us leaving the store without the game. I will be contacting trading standards as I’m sure they have broken the law in some way. Overall not impressed.

I’m disappointed, firstly because I made a return in store and was told I have to accept a printed gift voucher instead of a full refund to my account but that I could spend it online or anywhere in the shop or Frasiers department but when it came to using my voucher online through game where I made the original purchase it won’t accept it, it’s made what would otherwise have been an easy transaction had I just been refunded in the method I paid in first place to now me having to jump through hoops and being dictated as to what I can use it on.

Staff were attentive and pleasent and prioritised customers waiting at the till over work conversation between each other. Previous visits show knowledge and enjoyment in the gaming industry.

If I could of gave u 0 I would of wat a dreadful company bought ps5 and noticed something was rattling around in side so I took it back less than 24hr and my god shop manager was seriously rude and bad attitude said because it comes on there is nothing they can do as we are going for it in shop other customers could hear the problem they we’re leaving very disappointed then the ps5 was making a very loud noise the manager said do I want new one I said no because the way I was being treated she said she would give me new one and told me to go sell it so I can get my money back she was so adamant that they won’t give me my money back and kept going on about company policy this was so serious untrained staff on her own GAME wat are u doing ripping off people u should be ashamed of yourselfs I will never buy from game again and u people who read this should do the same and go elsewhere

I’ve always been to game as a kid and it always has the right games I want there

Items put on display yet not able to buy, including new games not stating that they are not yet for sale. Also second hand games are out in the shelf but not for sale. Basically a waste of time even going to the shop.
