Stuck in transit
Ordered two items and they were shipped separately. One arrived on time but other was stuck in transit for several days. I emailed customer service. Got an email back quickly telling me what they would do. It was a weekend and on Monday received another email from customer service telling me that the package would arrive that day and it did! Happy Customet!

The item was not the one I requested. I requested a iPad Pro screen guard and was sent a very cracked, badly damaged iPhone 12 screen instead. Will never, ever use this company again!

We got the liquid screen protectors…
We got the liquid screen protectors done at our Verizon store when buying new iphones. The store associate did his best with applying but when I contacted Gadget Guard because I was not sure if it was fully protected due to his error of application, they quickly responded with how they would send brand new ones so we could do the process ourselves the correct way. My screen literally has no fingerprints and even though I have not dropped my phone that much, my screen just looks great without a piece of glass on top!

Came in timely matter, but having free for life isn't free!!
Very steep to charge me $7.99 for shipping. They are so thin, it could be shipped for under $3.00 if I were mailing it.

Poor quality
For what I paid, I am extremely unhappy. I didn’t even get this cover ON my phone yet and it was dropped ONCE by my child IN the case and shattered. So ridiculous. I don’t think it’s fair that I still had to pay $8 more for shipping for a crappy replacement product.
