Jag är supernöjd med mitt bilköp! Fantastiskt bemötande, tydlig kommunikation och en seriös bilfirma som verkligen bryr sig om kunden. Allt var transparent och bilen var i toppskick. Skulle absolut handla här igen och rekommenderar dem starkt.

WARNING!

⚠️ WARNING — Do NOT do business with this company. Learn from my experience. ⚠️

We bought a 2025 Mercedes S450d from this company and asked the owner, Joe Carlson, whether the car could be transported to the Netherlands immediately. He confirmed it was possible without any problems.
After doing our due diligence, we transferred the full amount as agreed.

Two days later we arranged transport — but the car was not released.
From that moment on, we were dragged along for 12 weeks, constantly receiving excuses and empty promises.

During this period:

Joe stopped answering calls and barely responded to WhatsApp messages.

We sent three transports in total, all returning empty because the car was never handed over.

We even involved a lawyer, because nothing moved forward.

We eventually discovered the car was not in his possession and was still owned by a leasing company.

Only after 12 weeks — and with the help of a third-party intermediary — did the car finally reach the Netherlands.

The registration documents arrived two weeks later.

This entire process caused major delays, extra costs, and a huge amount of frustration.

I want to explicitly warn everyone:
Do not buy anything from this company based on my experience.
The lack of transparency, unreliable communication, and endless delays caused significant financial and professional damage.

Warning back - spoiled kid who works at dad's company who pretends to make her voice heard.

You first bought an E 53 AMG 2025 and could wait 4 weeks to get it delivered in exchange for a compromise of several thousand euros in discount because the leasing company could only release the car on a certain date at the end of the month. That deal was done.

Same thing with the MB S450L, it could only be delivered after a certain date due to the leasing lock. You got the car, you got the papers and we paid the transport. 13 weeks?? please go back to school and learn math again.

We also asked about Brabus parts from these Thijs Timmermans for our W213, we didn't even get a quote after several requests.

So go ask your dad for extra money and check your obligations with Brabus to your customers.

It's sick that customers complain as if they've been completely ripped off for millions when they get their cars delivered at a discount.

Var sugen på en ny bil så tänkte jag skulle prova dessa, en supertrevlig kille sa att jag kunde svänga in när som och så kunde vi ta en kaffe och bara diskutera, åkte dit och det slutade med ett bilköp som jag kände mig otroligt säker i, jättetrevligt folk, exceptionell service, bästa utbudet.
