A copy paste site of footballprestige . You have no shame to do bussiness on that just lowering the price. Also very bad service custom cant even get a message if i was the owner of footballprestige i would sue you for sure. I will get to them , no worries.

Scam alert! Too good to be true. I ordered on 14th November 25, still have not received my two football kits for my kids birthdays. Reached out via email and Instagram and finally got an email with a tracking number that but after 30th Nov nothing, it's like my order has disappeared just like any further communication. Their customer service is awful.
I asked another person on Instagram about when they ordered and started an messaging thread which they took down. Infact they have removed ALL negative comments about where orders are and deleted them. Have now asked for a refund and not had any response. What a joke!

Pls don't trouble yourself with this seller. I purchased a football kit for my son some 18-19 days ago and they said it will be delivered in 7-12 days. After 14 days passed, I contacted them and they only replied "It has been dispatched". When I asked to cancel it because my little footballer cannot wait anymore, they replied "It cannot be canceled once dispatched". I waited another 7 days and today again contacted them about the delivery status or the courier company taking care of my parcel. They just kept delaying and no proper answer. This is not about £25, it's about the sentiment of my child being hurt. He keeps asking me every day about this football kit and I am helpless. Finally I have decided to seek or contact relevant authorities in the UK to report this case as sellers like this create distrust for many reputable online platforms.

If there was a zero stars I would press it. Ordered almost a month ago, no customer service response at all. As far as I am concerned it's a scam. Do not order from this company.

This is worth it’s money the quality and others is perfect

My package was already late enough, and then they decided to reship it to their warehouse. It was from China as well. It has been 1.5 months, and it has finally been delivered.

It did take some time but it was worth it at first I thought I got scammed and I lost my 30 bucks but nah my package was taking a nap taking its time to get here but the jersey is good quality and it fits perfect so don’t panic if your package don’t come in 10 days u gonna wait maybe another 7 days atleast for me tho but fire service to

Amazing experience, was abit skeptical at first however, after ordering my two jerseys arrived 7 days later. Quality of the actual jerseys was spot on. Customer service was also on point, had trouble finding my tracking number so I reached out via instagram dm, the communication was prompt and the team sent out tracking via email. Will definitely purchase again!

I placed order 10 days ago for my son's birthday. I received an email notification stating that the item has been delivered, but I have not received anything.
I immediately contacted customer service to report the issue. However, the response I received simply stated that the item was delivered and asked me to leave a review. This is extremely disappointing and unhelpful, especially given that the item was time-sensitive and meant for a special occasion.
At this point, I feel like I’m being ignored or possibly scammed.
