Nice to deal with in store and polite efficient fitters sent to assemble. The assembly service is a great asset to your company.

Very friendly staff made the shopping experience feel good, even if I did spend more than I had originally intended. That said I bought a quality product at a fair price.

Hi Steve helped me find the settee I had found a few weeks ago which was no longer in store. We bought two. Friendly and helpful.

We bought bedroom furniture from the clifton moor store lovely wardrobe but took 3 months to come when it was put up they said any damage contact the store when they went we had a look at all the pieces and the damage inside was unbelievable went back to store he said this is the number to ring we asked if he could do it his response was we don't deal with the damage issues it's taken from April to June with being put through to one person then the other I got a lovely girl on the phone and said to her we arnt getting anything sorted so I said come and collect it and I want a full refund she sorted it out within 5 days
DO NOT BUY ANTHING WITHOUT CHECKING REVIEWS FIRST WHAT A LOAD OF SPEEL THEY GIVE TO SELL NEVER AGAIN

The sofa arm had a pen mark and the shop assistant said he would try to remove it before we collected, unfortunately he has rubbed the leather so much it has damaged the leather surface

I received 2 chairs and footstools on the 3June 2026 and one of the footstools was damaged. I called up on the 4 June 2026 to report this. I was promised a callback in 3 days but this didn’t happen. I sent an email on the 11 June 2026 to ask for an update but again no response. I have called again today and spoken to Kiran who has arranged a refund for me and followed this up with a confirmation email. We have had furniture from you in the past and that’s why we used furniture village again as we were very happy with our goods. This has been a rather disappointing experience this time. Thanks to Kiran who has been most helpful.

Very professional the staff explains everything. They did not make us feel pressured or rushed into buying something.

Victor was great, very knowledgeable and helpful made choosing our new table a breeze.

Kiran was really helpful in sorting out help for us to get the problem with our furniture repaired however it's to early to know how successful the repair will be and how quickly it will be carried out this is the second time in less than a year we have had electrical problems with our rise &recliner chairs.

Was a mix up arranging delivery but all sorted now, delivery guys were very helpful and friendly, very happy with sofa bed thanks.

David the sales person was very friendly from the start made us feel welcome and interested in the product we wanted to buy.

We just dealt with Austin in the Clifton Moore Shop. He was absolutely fantastic and extremely patient with us. He wasn’t using any pushy salesman tactics. He was so informative and welcoming - a big part of why we even bought from this store 😁

Steve was very polite and welcoming as soon as i walked into store. He then left me to it to browse without hassling me. I then tried out a sofa i loved and asked him some questions about it. He then was very helpful and even drew out my room plan to ensure the sofa will fit! Once i got home i changed my mind about the layout of sofa, so he rang me the next day to change it and i was really pleased with this.

Ordered sofa and chair in Jan it’s now end of May and only half of the reclining sofa working and chair delivered with no swivel
