The customer service was really good . A great mention to Mira who made our purchase so easy and also she helped us to choose ghe correct sofa . She was very helpful . The products were also great.

Anthony who served me was very pleasant and polite. He answeredl my questions and was very helpful. I was informed that the leather sofa I bought was a good quality leather so I left the shope happy.
The manager was very helpful abd polite too.

Despite the online service to book an appointment with a sales person not working (we had a confirmed reservation, but the store staff never receive these) we still received excellent service from Leigh who walked us through the various options meeting our requirements.we purchased the bed and now await delivery.

I ordered two side tables to be collected from Watford store. I was told they would be available to pick up around Jan end. I didn’t hear anything past that date so went into store to enquire. They were to be in within the following week. Then I got a message saying two different ones received. I currently have Shingles so cannot come to the store to resolve this.i will do when I’m well.
