First delivery didn’t happen ,store never paid upholstery man, 2nd delivery only turned up with 2settees, armchair/footstall coming 12 August hopefully, fingers crossed. Pamela in the stores was very good/also upholstery people also very polite.

Shane provided excellent service, help and advice whilst my elderly mother was choosing a new sofa. You helped make the process easy….thank you!

Everything done well.
Everything explained and took there time. We were left to sort out the colour we wanted, we were not rushed. Staff polite and courteous.

We met Tan who was genuinely very helpful and this lead to us buying what we needed. He offered a cup
of coffee and took us around the shop.
Tan showed great professionalism and kindness.

This is after frustration of online shopping and wouldn’t do anymore shopping online.

Visited the Lakeside store today for a new corner sofa and we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly assistant Paula . We found exactly what we were looking for within the large range of furniture in the store. We went back with a sample of the flooring to make sure it matched with the colour of the sofa we were interested in to the amusement of the staff. Tanvir Khan the sales consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful going through all the options with us and providing a quote. There was no hard sales pitch to place the order on that day (we had advised that we would be having some building work done and wasn’t sure when it was going to start). We have now placed the order and were very impressed with the whole experience.

This review is on the shopping experience. Very helpful and friendly staff. Gave us plenty of time to look around but were always available to answer questions. Mohammed was very helpful and dealt with us professionally, and we have ordered a sofa and 2 chairs. We are returning customers as they were so good when we bought 8 dining room chairs. Recommend Furniture Village!
