I have never felt more at ease spending money as I did at furniture village in Telford, Jayne who looked after us was amazing, product knowledge was 2nd to none, and was even honest enough to steer us away from the products that did not suit our needs, in the end we ended up getting everything we needed from there not just a sofa we went in for. That's what customer service should be like!! And to express how kind understanding (I can be awkward at making decisions) and honest Jayne was we left with absolutely no buyers remorse as we knew we had made the right choices. thank you so much, the whole experience was actually a pleasure.

Well im back at furniture village after buying my sofa from here a year ago, ive come to check out the pictures ive had my eye on. Jayne at Telford walked round the shop with me, showing me other designs and options. I chose my picture, and really happy. Thank you Jayne.

Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Karen. She graciously allowed us to browse independently, and when she subsequently checked on us, we had several inquiries regarding a dining set. Karen provided exceptional assistance, demonstrating a proactive and helpful approach without being overly assertive. After returning home to take measurements, we revisited the establishment, where Karen once again greeted us and efficiently processed our order, addressing all our questions thoroughly. Her service was truly outstanding.
