Bought a clock that was not working returned it the following day the sales staff were very pleasant and helpful on both visits they had to call the manager to deal with the refund I found her to be very rude and unhelpful

Good customer service. The sales representative at the Staines branch (Aned) answered all my questions, and his advice was very helpful in helping me make my choices

Not our first purchase from Furniture Village
There isn't a lot of choice but this company have tge best aftercare

We knew that the sofas were going to be delivered after Xmas, but the mattress and pillows were meant to be here before Xmas. Mattress turned up with your delivery guys but said pillows come from Milton Keynes. As requested by your delivery guy get onto straight away which I did on the 15 December 2025, spoke to Staines branch (a lady) who guaranteed would get before Xmas.

Since then phoned Staines branch 4 times and left T/A messages ignored for 4 times. Not good enough 😟

Absolutely amazing service, Ahbed went above & beyond in advising me on my sofa. We had fixed back cushions made as an extra.
He phoned me regularly to update me on my order and when it would arrive.
Highly recommend the staff and the store to anyone looking to buy new furniture.

Waited 12 weeks for delivery, was delivered with a faulty speaker, waited 8 weeks for part, waited 2 days for engineer to fit. Delivered with no instructions so helpful. Was calling Furniture Village for help to be cut off all the time, turned up at the store to be told to call them. Was given another number and the agent did escalate/ Spending £6k on 2 sofas then them sending out not fit for purpose and no after care is really poor, never been so disappointed in a product we have purchase. Would I recommend of course not....

The service in the store was questionable but I wanted the sofa. This should have been a red flag but alas I continued with my purchase. I received zero communication throughout the entire process and the sofa just turned up one day at 7am (delayed). I did call in at a store and called the warehouse so knew it was delayed but it would have been nice to know when or if it was actually going to arrive.

I wouldn’t buy from furniture village again and I won’t buy a sofa to order again.

The sofa arrived intact, correct with no problems. The delivery people were great.

We succeeded in placing an order in a store, but had to drive to a store further away to view the sofa we wanted to buy as not on display at our nearest store. The process of ordering was time consuming, rather curious why as it would seem to have been quicker to order online when we got home?
The salesman at the start said he'd give us a telephone number to organise someone to collect our old sofa, but my the end of the long buying process he forgot to give us the number.

I called the Staines store on 20th October to ask some questions about a the Hypnos E-Motion Pillow Top adjustable mattress and placed an order with Rajender Singh who was very helpful. I promptly received a copy of my order as I requested. The mattress was delivered on 2nd of December in the timeframe quoted by delivery drivers Joe and Kalman who were polite, courteous, patient and very helpful. They advised how to care for my purchase in the first instance and what to do if I found any defects. Very happy with the service I received.

Went to Furniture Village, Staines today. We must have been the easier customers to sell to today - had £5-6k budget but it just seemed like Raj the sales person was just not interested in making a sale today! Despite the store being relatively quiet, Raj was uninterested, had to tease out information - almost felt as if he thought he was doing us a favour. Also, really lacked knowledge of the product he was ‘selling’ - a basic question of what animal the leather hide was sourced from and Raj didn’t know, and yes, nor did he make any effort to find out! Really poor service, totally disinterested. Maybe he was having a bad day - but if that was the case, perhaps stay at home Raj. Manager was a lot better but by then, we’d pretty much made up our minds that we wouldn’t be doing business with Furniture Village!

Khadija brilliantly offered suppprt to move towards resolution of long outstanding issue of table which did cost me fortune, as I have made purchases around £10 K but resolution is important like attempt by Khadija to nail the root causes of unresolved issue for options and closure.
