The service provided was excellent. It is very rare that you receive this sort of service these days.

Very welcoming and helpful. I was even offered a very nice hot chocolate while browsing for the right item.

Knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. Delivery driver was very efficient with nothing too much trouble.

Quick efficient sale,slight hiccup with delivery as received delivery notice just as they arrived very early 0655, so by time got dressed, they'd left, but this was resolved and delivered 2 hrs later, very polite and quick at getting electrics working, thks to all involved and Luke the delivery lead👍

David in store knew exactly what he was talking about and advised me accordingly. Excellent service.

However I have to praise the delivery guy - unfortunately, there had been a house fire in the Close overnight and the police had closed the road. Your delivery guy spoke to the police and carried my mattress to my flat - that is certainly going above and beyond, I do hope he can have some recognition for this.
The new mattress is very comfortable and I am very pleased with my purchase

We had a very pleasant experience. There was such a wide selection of furniture that it would be hard to leave the store without finding something you love!

The finance options were excellent, and we were able to take advantage of 0% interest over four years, which made our purchase even more affordable.

We visited with our children, and the staff kindly gave them homemade biscuits and juice, which they absolutely loved. It was a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. Overall, a fantastic shopping experience that we would highly recommend.

I am delighted with my new sofa and chair from Furniture Village, it was not due until the beginning of July so having it early was a bonus.
The two guys who delivered it were friendly, polite and very efficient and it arrived 10 minutes after the start of my time slot.
From ordering at the store to the delivery today my experience has been very positive and I would be very happy to deal with them again and recommend to family and friends.

I spent 5k on a exinox italian marble table and chairs we waited 3 months for delivery onky to find it was substandard. I contacted funiture village and after suppling photos this is th.ier reply

The lady called today and would not pass the matter onto a manager as she said it did not warrant it. I have photos which show bad workmanship. The lady said if i want to take it further then i should seek advice ourside furniture village by going to the citezan advice bureau!!!! This is the most awful customer service. Please be aware if you are buying a marble table.

Lovely lady called Victoria carter-jones amazing sales got what we wanted in a good price range so polite took her time with us really appreciate all her help outstanding we will be coming back and hopefully see her again such a lovely young lady couldn't praise her high enough

We were not informed of the large delivery charge even though we are local and how much we paid for the care package. Just told we had a £300 discount ! Care and delivery amounted to £279 so that took care of the discount! Yes we should have looked at the receipt earlier in the process but being elderly we’re getting slow!!!

Great service David was very helpful with any questions we had sale went through quick first time buying from u but very happy with the service given so far
