Furniture Village - Rugby Recenzje 

We visited the rugby branch at Elliot’s Fields Sunday 7th at approximately 11:30 and felt like our visit was rushed. The lady assistant in our opinion was insincere. Upon entering we hadn’t even moved towards the stairs when she proceeded to pounce snd try and explain things.. unprofessional. She was only interested in ticking all the boxes in her words that covered her which she mentioned 4 times.. unnecessary
No order number was provided on the day
She also omitted to mention when we showed interest in a headboard but hesitated that if ordered with our mattress it would all be delivered on the same delivery charge.. we both missed out there!!!
We won’t be visited the Rugby branch again despite researching a sideboard also

Good customer service in store, although very disappointed to find afterwards we could purchase the same items elsewhere at over 25% less than the advertised price with free delivery. Furniture Village reluctantly agreed to price match but only the product - we still had to pay the delivery charge.

DON’T BOTHER - Plenty of other furniture stores here, furniture village are quick to follow you around to get your order offering you a discount but then delivery, they change the date in front of you when you ask for a date they add 2 weeks on. Then that date comes and then it don’t turn up, they give you a new date and don’t bother calling to say it’s been delayed. They even read one review and just said they will pass to the store manager, some good that is when he himself said he would call me but goes on holiday….

Won’t be shopping here again. Spent well over £4000 too and still crap customer service ….

Worst after sales service and don't care attitude of staff after sales at Rugby FV.
I've walked into FV through a friend's reference last week, I've ordered sofas and a dining table and the staff were quite helpful and nice over there.
But when I called them up later to enquire about the correction in discount pricing they were duplicitous. The store manager simply tried to blame-shift and finally agreed to correct it after a prolonged discussion. This is clear two faced attitude.

Another example - I could never reach the staff over the phone to contact them for an existing order despite multiple attempts, However the phoneline connects promptly when I selected the option of New order enquiry.

Dawn looked after us brilliantly

We were helped by Greg who was knowledgeable, friendly and polite throughout. We can't wait for our sofa and dining suite to arrive.

I was served by Dawn who was polite, courteous and attentive. As a woman it was great to be served by another woman. She was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy which I would have found off putting.

The shop nice and cool. The product range,and the knowledgable sales person. Greg who helped us with our choice.

Andy the sales consultant was cheerful, helpful & informative. A very good all round experience.

We were at the store the day before and felt harassed by a member of staff who continued to follow us around the store and even followed us upstairs after we had politely more than once said we would ask if we needed assistance.
We did decide to come back the next day and Andy Paz greeted us and recognised us from the day before, he said he was there to help and then left us to it.

Once we had agreed on the sofa we asked him to help and he was very knowledgeable. We ended up buying a dining table and chairs, bar stools and a new bed and mattress.

He gave us the space and the time we needed there was no rush and we felt valued.

Ash from the Rugby store was excellent. His service throughout the process was amazing and he really helped us choose the perfect peice for us. Definetly deserves some recognition.

We are able to find the bed frame and mattress as per our requirements. The best part is we could customise the bed frame as per our choice without any additional cost.
Company has offered free delivery and installation which is really a plus point.
Greg has made the entire process simple for us and helped us to come to a conclusion with a specific product.

There was a great choice of quality furniture on display but it was the customer service that made my experience exceptional.
Alan, the sales rep went above and beyond in terms of help and assistance - even letting me leave a deposit so that I could take a dining chair home to see if it matched my existing table (after I hearing about my very bad online experience with another company).
I’m happy to say it was a great match and the dining chairs were very competitively priced. One very happy customer!
