Furniture Village - Rugby Recenzje 

Had a repair on a 4 month old £2000 wardrobe after a 6 week wait due to an incompetent customers services department! Only to find the main part were sent out to the engineer incorrectly, the one part I was told was correct, wasn't even fitted!!
Now all of the built in drawers and one door are now misaligned.

Can this company do anything right apart from setting on you like vaulters in the store and taking your money!?

Never dealing with these clowns every again.

Dawn was nothing but patient and helpful with our queries regarding finding a dining table and chairs. She allowed us to move chairs around to see the vision with different tables. Overall, it was a really positive experience and we were able to come back and make a purchase.

Dawn is a lovely member of staff. We did spend a lot of her time as we were struggling to decide on what we wanted but she stuck with us and helped us decide on what to get. She is very welcoming and patient. Highly recommend visiting if you’re after new furniture.

Called into Furniture Village Rugby looking for lounge armchairs and sofa. We received excellent customer service from Alan Banks, he was a fountain of knowledge about the products on offer.
Nothing was too much trouble whether we wanted advice on leather or fabric material, sizes or reclining or not.
Lent samples overnight so see how the finishes look in our room.
Easy decision to place order and no salesperson pressure. I could recommend to others this store

It was a pleasant experience buying a wardrobe today from Dawn, she was helpful without being pushy and a really nice person to talk to.

Dealt with sales person Ash at the Rugby branch. He was very knowledgeable on the product range and suggested several alternatives. We’d explained we needed a quick turnaround and he found us just what we were looking for at a great price.

Alan at Rugby Furniture village is the nicest man i think I've ever met. No hard sell but informative and helpful. Insightful in his recommendations and would return just because of him. An absolute asset to Furniture Village who should win sales and service person of the year. Hiren the manager was lovely as well. Good quality and distinctive furniture at a reasonable price.
