We recently bought a bed from the Furniture Village at Romford Gallows Corner and had a wonderful experience. Swarn Marwaha looked after us and was incredibly good and nice throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, just genuine help and great customer care. Ordered 2 sofas and an armchair. Received 2 sofas - no armchair. Woken at 6.25 a.m.
with the delivery. Advice of delivery time was sent 35 minutes later! Order now showing as completed, although still no armchair!!

Parents came to Furniture Village(Romford)too purchase few Furniture, the sale consultant Nicola was absolutely fantastic and helpful.

We had a good time browsing through the furniture at this store. The aim was really to get a feel of the products and to see what's suitable for us, with no intention to make a purchase as yet. Our sales assistant Dragos was very helpful in showing us around and catering to our needs. We felt he went above and beyond, searching through the Ipad to find exactly what we were looking for, so we're grateful for the good customer service with no pressure to buy!
