Delivery was on time, we were kept well informed. The delivery men were very friendly and polite and very considerate, laying some sheeting down, as it had been raining and taking off their shoes, which was appreciated.

Mike and Leigh were absolutely brilliant from start to finish! They arrived at 7:15am which was fantastic, and were so friendly, helpful and professional throughout.

We had a slight hiccup when we realised our porch was too narrow to get the sofas through, but it was no trouble at all for them. They took the arms off the sofas, got everything inside and reassembled them perfectly – you’d never even know they’d been taken apart!

They took the utmost care with both the sofas and our home, made sure everything was exactly as it should be, and gave us all the information we needed before they left.

Janson and Kieron were exceptional from start to finish. They texted ahead to let me know they were on their way and actually arrived early, which was fantastic. They were incredibly mindful of my home, laying down a protective mat so they wouldn't track in any dirt and proactively offering to remove their shoes before stepping inside.

When bringing the sofas into the house, they were extremely careful not to bump or damage any walls or doorframes. They set them up in their respective rooms efficiently, and when one sofa didn't look quite right assembled the way I originally asked, they proactively offered to rebuild it the other way—which made a huge difference to the room layout. They are friendly, professional, and absolute assets to the company—give these guys a pay rise! I couldn't have asked for better service.

We chose Furniture Village to order our new G Plan 3 piece suite from. Ravi was an excellent Salesman who explained every step of the purchase, fabric and style so there couldn’t be any unseen circumstances. He was brilliant. We received our communication advising us when the delivery was due and the appropriate time slot. The delivery vehicle arrived smack on time and the process began. The Home Delivery Specialists were Mike & Rhys and did they know their stuff. They positioned the furniture exactly where we wanted it and cleared up as they went along leaving no packaging or mess behind them. It was very clear to see the experience they had.
