Initially went into Furniture Village Abingdon to look at sofas with my friend. We were approached by a sales assistant who showed us an alternate sofa to one we were looking at. It was a large 2seater sofa recliner with adjustable lumbar and head support and was so comfortable. We took measurements to measure up at home. We came back today to see the same sales assistant who had been so helpful on our first visit. His name is Philip and he was so helpful without adding any pressure to buy. He explained everything very carefully, the reclining mechanism and how to take care of the fabric covering.
He has a good sense of humour and was a pleasure to do business with.
