Have recently bought a new suite of furniture from Louise. The quality of this furniture is second to none. So comfortable and a great addition to my kitchen. The delivery and service was fantastic and Louise organised delivery in a day even though I was waiting for a second piece of furniture to come. I would most definitely recommend anyone to have a look around her store and if you don’t see what you’re wanting she’ll will source it for you. A great, personal touch in her business. I purchased a garden pergola from this company about 2-3 weeks ago and I am absolutely delighted with it. The product was exactly as described and is a very high quality. Their customer service was excellent. The team that were sent out to build it and my contact in their sales team (Sinead) were very polite and professional and I was constantly kept up to date on everything. Have been enquiring for patio furniture with Sinead for a while. Have shopped about & found that The Furniture Store were not only the cheapest around but their customer care is top quality. Sinead kept in touch the whole time from visiting their showroom to delivery. The 2 young lads that delivered my new furniture were very helpful & knowledgeable about their product.
