We had to replace our wooden pergola after the Jan storm and we wanted something strong and able to withstand strong winds .We were very impressed with the pergolas on show and purchased a 4 x 3 and we were more than impressed with Sinead and team it was installed 2 weeks later up and ready to use in 3 hrs . We just love it

I couldn’t praise Louise and her team any higher, they helped me out of a devastating situation where the storm wrecked my pergola and they went over and above what they needed to do to help me. If this was any other huge retailer it would have been a very different story but The Furniture Store NI being a family run business with genuine care and compassion for their customers did everything possible to help me out. This is something you rarely see anymore in business and I am so happy I bought my pergola from them, I would 100% recommend their business to anyone as their customer service has been absolutely amazing.

I purchased a sliding robe for my daughter’s bedroom. Firstly they held the wardrobe for me to decorate and delivered it when I was ready.. no pressure from them whatsoever. The wardrobe itself was absolutely gorgeous, it was different and unlike any I had previously seen elsewhere. The price was just as good, unbelievable value. The service from start to finish was first class, could not fault it. Louise and sinead were always so helpful and any question was answered immediately. If in doubt, don’t be… I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future

Great experience in using furniture store. I found a sofa I loved from a different store, which just so happened to be much cheaper with furniture store, so I feel they give the absolute best price for your money.

We where after suite of furniture for living room and dining room table and chairs the ladies here did all they could to get us what we where after we also wanted them straight up and we had them delivered less than a week from paying deposit and placing the order it was a very helpful and honest experience they listened us. We dealt with Louise she delivered on every thing that was important to us with a no pressure to buy or please them attitude they where there to help and please us

Have to say I had a really great experience dealing The Furniture Store. I bought a pergola from them online and was hoping they would be able to deliver and install in time for my wedding, which was only a couple of weeks later. They arrived to install just a few days later. Unfortunately , when it arrived it did not fit my patio doors. The staff member I dealt with, Sinead, tried absolutely everything to come up with a solution to no avail and I received a full refund. Sinead really went above and beyond to help me and I can’t recommend her and them highly enough. I will definitely shop here in the future and I wish them all the best!

I traveled from Ireland to Cookstown. My girlfriend feel in love with there Hollywood vanity table.. it was the vanitii Eva vanity desk honestly it is the nicest table I could find online it was so perfect .It is so worth it you won’t be disappointed. I could not rate the service we received more highly. From the date of purchase to installation, we were kept informed every step of the way. We were delayed on our side and Sinead was so accommodating and gave us a date that suited us for installation. The pergola itself is fabulous and the installation was very efficient and Martin was a total perfectionist. Would highly recommend.
