I have been looking to purchase a chair for some time and have been looking on line at many sights. my husband and I decided to order the chair on the Sunday evening and I had it in the house by 11am on the Tuesday. It was great only to have a window of an hour with which to be in the house and the chair came within 5 minutes of the stated time. thinking of buying another!

Customer service from delivery guys was awesome. However, the assembling instructions are poor, and so uninformative. Contains two pictures including a completed sofa look, (which was already seen before purchasing the item, hence totally unhelpful) and a picture upside down of the sofa, with no sentences whatsoever on how to install the pieces!

I cant wait to be able to get the kids beds from here. They are well made.

I made an enquiry by email and received enough information to place my order without worry. My order came when I wanted it and was delivered to my door by very polite and professional operatives, undamaged - I am still satisfied and will buy again from Furnisho for its reasonably priced and high quality goods .

Keep up the affordability, good service and good product provision...

Would highly reccomend to anyone. I purchsed the bucket seat and was very happy

Ordered set of dining room chairs on Thursday morning , delivered Friday afternoon .couriers phoned me with a one hour delivery window ,which they made .very happy will use them again .

not as quick as i thought said they would let us no when the delivery was but it just turned up as luck would have it we just got home

We knew exactly what sort of chair we wanted and when we researched it on line, the price Furnisho offerred was amazingly competitive. I placed my order on Sunday and the chair was delivered to my work place on the following Tuesday. The chair is perfect for my dressing room and it was at a very affordable price.

Excellent service, friendly staff, superb delivery, would highly recommend for ceiling cladding.

good communication from Furnisho, the bar stool arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately it was broken once it was unpacked. It wasn't the most expensive stool so I didn't report it and don't want the hassle of having to pack it back up and deliver it back.

I have ordered Bar stool 3 pieces. I did not received any communication regarding delivery. When I contacted them several times via PayPal there was no reply. I had to dispute the transaction.

Thanks to PayPal I manage to get my refund.

I had a reply from Furnisho. Another lie From them.

I have requested them through Pay Pal to give delivery confirmation, and I never had reply from them. I also posting my communication with them.

My suggestion to Furnisho that if you can not fulfil your order, you communicate and apologise that you have not got stoc or you can not get stock on time. But not replying for the order given to you,gives bad impression of company. Tell the truth.

I still thinks your customer service is bad.

Your order was placed with a lead time, therefore an email with your order confirmation is initially sent, we then contact you closer to the time of delivery. Unfortunately we didn't receive any confirmation requesting further delivery information.

Im happy about delivery but sofa bed was damaged and it can stay in the room just like decoration cos is not comfortable to sleep at all and sit very long aswell is not comfy... So a bit disappointed...

Ordered the Eames Plastic chairs. The product has a very good quality for that price, which is why I keep coming back. Delivery as last time was super quick.

Dealing with this company was a pleasure fron beginning to end. The product was just as advertised,good quality. Delivery was a joy , came when they said. Excellent service ! Will certainly use again

Timely delivery, perfect condition and product as exactly described on the website. well deserved 5 stars.

After ordering a bed on monday 9th December for my pregnant daughter i was told that it would be delivered the following day between 9-6 i put a days holiday in to receive the bed, we discarded the old bed waited for the nerw one to arrive. The bed did not get delivered and nobody from either furnisho or the delivery company rang me to say why or when it would be delivered. I used a further days holiday to accept the beds arrival still no delivery. I contacted furnisho to be told it was dispatched and was with the courier but the courier couldnt find the item we waited another 2 days before the bed was delivered all the time my daughter was sleeping on a mattress on the floor, no explanation was given and the courier explanation was that this happens all the time !!!!!
Prompt payment poor service !
I would appreciate a reply with at least an explanation. Before i publish my findings of Furnisho.

Phoned to put my order in, nice and simple to do, first class service, was kept upto date on delivery and it arrived within 3 days of ordering it.
Product is great, no issues with packaging or product, would highly recommend
