Very very good!!! The shipping to France was very fast (only 1 week). The chairs are wonderful.

I order my sofa bed from a vast selection and I was so happy with the outcome 6 weeks on the dot and the phone rang next thing it was here thank you so much I will deff tell you to buy from this comp no probs at all

I've brought these chairs for my clients for when they having there pedicures, well they are great so comfortable and the massage is wonderful highly recommended .

At first very good

Received armchair as stated, superb chair, superb service, great firm, highly reccomended. This is what I thought at first but very soon the material used, (IT IS NOT LEATHER) started to peel of, I now have a bare left arm and its starting in the back rest, where you head goes, far from being high quality it is cheap crap. It is so bad now I have had to replace it. NOT FROM THESE CROOKS I hasten to add. stay well clear oj this rubbish firm !!!!

Following my escalation I have now received an update from the relevant individual.

I have been advised that we would not be able to agree to issue a refund for the chair. Based on the evidence that has been provided we believe the chair to have been misused or used in an environment in which is not intended or suitable for the chair. It is apparent that animals are in contact with the chair as it has been soiled, therefore, it would not be possible for us to determine whether the material issue has also occurred due to animals potentially damaging the item.

We therefore are unable to offer any further assistance.

My reply: We have all had a laugh at your response, the environment it was in was my living room, hardly an environment not suitable, I have nurses and carers looking after me all day who will swear in court that all I have ever done is set in this chair, as I am disabled and housebound that is all I can do, animals are in contact with the chair, I have no animals as they are not allowed here, you are obviously trying to get out of your responsibilities and as I don't give a dam about a few hundred pounds going to court and giving you national publicity is fine by me, your assessor or who ever he is has made an almighty mistake though I think it is probably you not wanting to take responsibility for rubbish, I will do all I can to show people just how bad a firm you are as I have plenty of money and contacts. This was for the Valencia Cinema swivel chair real leather they said but is just not TRUE, WHEN ARE PEOPLE GOING TO BE HONEST ABOUT THIS FIRM?

Now Barclaycard has given me a FULL refund including the Furniture Ombusman report (witch was very damming) KEEP WELL CLEAR OF FURNISHO CHELMSFORD

Had high hopes for this bed when I found it, but have ended up really disappointed in the end. First, the wrong colour was delivered, which we did decide to keep, but the photo on the sites does make it out to have a nice high footboard, which it doesn't. Secondly, stage 2 of the instructions are actually wrong, but this only became apparent after about 45 mins which apart from being frustrating meant that we had to redo that section adding quite a bit of time to the whole assembly. Finally when we built the drawers and put them in the base, they were found to be so tight that we are having second thoughts about even using them, as it feels like we will break them if we pull them open! On the plus side it is very comfortable and unlikely to fall to pieces (lots of bolts!) and the price was quite good, but overall it still leaves you feeling disappointed.

Ordered my sofa in April, recieved it in august! Delays all the time even delivery was late and delayed only good service I recieved was the guys on the end of the phone at furnisho warehouse they were very responsive

I looked online for a while to get a chair for my partner Her chair was Her Chair and only hers and she would not change it even though it was old and sagging I had a little spare money so I thought I would look for a chair that didnt break the bank I found this chair and ordered it In no time at all it was being delivered I was kept in the loop from the time I ordered it til the time it arrived right done to an hour before it was here I have never had such good service Now back to the story of the Special Chair as my wife called it she was outn when the new one arrived and I put it together with the tools supplied it was very easy to do When the wife came home she was not amused but she agreed to try it and to cut the story short her old Special Chair was off to the dump the very next day and I was the best thoughtful husband in the world As you might guess I highly recommend the Chair and also the Company itself

I ordered a tub chair, it was the cheapest on the net so I didn't expect too much, I was wrong, it's a handsome piece and is very sturdy and looks lovely in my living room

I had cause to phone Furnisho, I got and answer machine but someone called me straight back

The chair was delivered by a company that I could track on line right down to the exact hour they were going to deliver-delivery was next day and free

I have had an amazing experience shopping with Furnisho and will have no hesitation in buying from them in the future

Excellent service from start to finish, really welcoming and helpful staff, excellent ordering process and speedy delivery.

Ordered a sofa bed on 1st August 2013 and didn't receive any confirmation (not even an email) saying my order had been placed.
After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I decided to get in touch. I sent 3 emails over the course of 3 days with no response. I tried phoning for an entire day with no answer. After FINALLY getting through to someone, I was able to confirm my order was actually placed and it was delivered within 10 days. But it was only when I got in touch after all that time did I hear anything.

The sofa was supposed to be delivered on a Monday and turned up on a Thursday due to the packaging being damaged and the sofa having to go through Quality Control. That's ok, I can appreciate and accept that.

Wouldn't use again, feels a bit dodgy to me.

Bought two bar stools and two dining chairs from furnisho. By far the cheapest and next day delivery service made it the obvious choice as I needed them before the weekend. Ordered them and I got them exactly as expected on time with no damage and solid products when assembled. I need to order more chairs in the future. Ordered faux leather dining chairs on Tuesday and they came Thursday. Excellent price and easy to put together. Would recommend to everyone.

I made the order, and my goods came within a couple of days, at the stipulated time. (would have been the following day had I ordered earlier in the day) .. It was a bar stool. The confirmation email etc. all so speedy...

Unfortuately I needed to return the item, so I telephoned customer services, and I was SOOOO pleased to have such help, and excellent service.
I was kind of worried ordering a huge item on the web, small items are no prob, but a bar stool !... However my concerns were all unfounded, it was so easy.
The customer service guy was very polite, extremely helpful, efficient, and actually knew his job!!

My item is to be collected in the morning, and again, the emails confirmaing same were already in my in box!!
All this, and I dont have to be bothered lifting heavy items, and trailing them anywhere, its done for me. What a help!
