AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Placed order. Chased up no delivery after 2 weeks of waiting. Was told problems with courier which seems to be what they say to everyone looking at the reviews.
Demanded to be sent to tracking no. as proof it had been posted but was just getting responses in broken English saying 'courier has given unsatisfactory response' but still sending no tracking no.
Clearly all just lies..
Luckily I had paid with paypal but this took another 4 weeks to come to a conclusion as the company didnt have the decency to respond to the paypal claim/dispute.
I was out of pocket buy £300 for 8 weeks all together not knowing whither I could order some new runners from elsewhere as there was a chance they may randomly turn up. This put the job behind by 8weeks.

The goods surpassed my expectations: super quality and exactly as described!
The communication was flawless and Mr. Siedzielnik did his best to answer to my question in the shortest possible time.
The delivery was a little slow, but this was largely compensated by the product quality: it was worth the wait!
I'll be back for more!!!

Probably not a scam but avoid! They also tamper with reviews and flagged my previous one with the same wording as harmful / illegal and the review was removed. This also dilutes the value of the positive reviews on here, seeing as evidently the negative ones are being flagged and removed.

Same story as a number of other reviews on here. Ordered drawer runners which did not arrive when promised. Phone number does not work ever. Emails are barely responded to. Contacted via FB messenger and Instagram, though the best way is to text the phone number instead of calling it. Did get a response, and indeed a refund in a reasonable time frame but only after threatening to visit the warehouse in Rugby to ensure money was refunded. At best this company is seriously incompetent and at worst a proper scam.

Absolut unseriöser polnischer Laden!! Habe vor mehr als zwei Wochen etwas bestellt und immer noch nichts erhalten! PayPal Käuferschutz war meine Rettung...telefonisch nicht erreichbar (Mailbox geht gleich ran). Googelt den Laden...absolut miese Abzockermasche!

Wie schon bei den anderen Kommentaren: Ware wurde nach den angebenen 2-4 Werktagen nicht versandt, auf Nachfrage kam eine Standardmail: Fehler liegt bei DPD, eine Sendungsnummer wurde nicht genannt. Artikel wurde auf Rückfrage dann am selben Tag noch storniert. Die Rückzahlung ist bis heute (4 Wochen nach Bestellung) immernoch nicht erfolgt. Die Mails landeten angeblich im Spamordner. Jetzt läuft Paypal Käuferschutz. Klare Empfehlung: Finger weg!

Ich lerne es einfach nicht, „vorher“ mir mal, die Rezessionen auf dieser, „hilfreichen“ Plattform, anzuschauen ! furnica. - 1 Stern, ist dieser Anbieter nicht wert !!!

Ware wird einfach nicht versendet, trotz 3 Wöchigen Mail Kontakt. Habe keine Rechnung bekommen und erst nach 2 Wochen eine Sendungsnummer welche mir ja auch nichts bringt weil der Schrank ja nicht versendet wird.
Also bitte lasst eure Finger von Furnica. Habe jetzt einen Paypal Käuferschutz Fall eröffnet…
Kann sein das 1 von 100 das Problem nicht hat aber wenn ich den Großteil der Bewertungen sehe ist das eine stimmige Meinung…

AVOID. Attempted to buy some draw runners, just as other reviewers say didn't hear anything for a week so tried to contact but their phone contact number just says you can't talk to anyone and to send an email. First email fobbed me off saying EVRI had lost it. I asked for a replacement then heard nothing for another week now no they are no longer responding to emails.

Die bestellte Ware konnte zwar nicht geliefert werden, dafür war die Kommunikation immer super. Es wurde immer noch am selben Tag geantwortet. Es wurden Lösungen angeboten und die Stornierung, sowie die Rückerstattung ging super schnell.

Bestellte Ware wurde am 4.11.24 bestellt. Bis heute keine Lieferung. Nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde man immer wieder vertröstet, Entschuldigungen ausgesprochen.
Mittlerweile wird auf Emails seitens Furnica nicht mehr reagiert.
Höchst unseriöses Unternehmen!
Könnte man keinen Stern vergeben, hätte ich das getan!

Kommode 160cm bestellt und bezahlt. Lieferung von 3-4 Werktagen angegeben. Lieferung kam nicht, die meinten DPD's Schuld, sie würden es dann nochmal schicken. Nach 14weiteren Tagen wieder nichts. Irgendwelche nicht existierende Trackingnummern gegeben...keine Antworten mehr...

Musste Paypal einschalten nach 4 Wochen haben sie es dann gesendet, obwohl ich schon eine Stornierung abgegeben hatte.

Kommde war dann nicht 160cm, sondern habe 2 Kommoden bekommen, 1x 120cm + 1 x 40cm.

Qualität unterirdisch. Ohne Paypal einschalten, wäre ich komplett abgezogen worden.

Nicht zu empfehlen !!

Ordered some wardrobe fittings in early November, promised 3-5 days delivery and when they didn’t arrive I sent in an email and was told that the problem was with EVRI. They still haven’t arrived nor did Furnica provide a tracking number so I couldn’t check either way unfortunately they have stopped responding to any emails. This company is a total sham Avoid, avoid avoid. They are now not responding to any emails so I resorted to asking my credit card company to step in this company should be banned from selling anything in the UK market as they are total rip-off merchant

Ich kann mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschließen. 1:1 die gleiche Geschichte. Schrank wurde erst nicht versendet. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen auch nicht. Nach vier Wochen und keiner Antwort habe ich die Bestellung storniert und Paypal eingeschaltet. Dann auf einmal wurde der Schrank versendet, den brauchten wir allerdings inzwischen nicht mehr. Ich habe die Annahme verweigert, da ich ja schon über eine Woche vorher storniert hatte. Mein Geld habe ich jetzt erst wieder durch den Paypal Käuferschutz bekommen.

Also, erstens, mit 2-4 Tage Lieferzeit hat das nichts zu tun. Bestellt am 15.10.24, die Kommode bekommen (nach mehreren Versuchen den Kauf zu stornieren) am 11.11 und 12.11 (es waren 3 Pakete).
Erst nachdem ich Paypal eingeschaltet habe, wurde das ganze verschickt. Davor die übliche Ausrede "Wir müssen bei DPD nachforschen", obwohl noch nicht verschickt.
Und ja, die Ware kommt aus Polen, nicht aus Deutschland, wie Impressum auf der Seite sagt...
Als zweitens, ganz billige Qualität, aber für den Preis geht gerade so.
Nächstes mal bestelle ich wo anders. Sorry.

Ordered a chest of drawers in August, have not received any communication after the order confirmation (it is now November) I emailed them for information three times now and got no response. I have asked for a refund and them to cancel the order and still no response. Avoid at all costs.

Servizio pessimo, dopo 15 giorni di attesa, nessuna risposta alle e-mail che ho inviato mi dicono che l’ordine è stato cancellato.
Non sanno cosa vuol dire lavorare.

Hab mir für meine neue Wohnung 2kommoden und eine Wohnwand bestellt und bekomme keine Antwort mehr und bin einfach 869 Euro los top
Auf Mails wird nicht geantwortet und weiß nicht was ich machen soll ich denke wenn sie bis Ende November nicht kommen gehe ich zu Polizei und zum Anwalt absolut nicht zu empfehlen
