Furl Recenzje

Probably the best delivery of furniture we have ever had! Super guys, polite, friendly, efficient and tidy. Showed everyone how to work the sofa bed, nothing was too much trouble. What a pleasure! The sofa bed is great too!

Excellent service, good communication, a quick and friendly team. Couldn’t have asked for more. Products looks great haven’t tried out the sofa bed yet. However, the mechanism is first class.

Just fabulous . Great delivery service. Set up very quickly and safely with good advice and instruction. The sofa bed has transformed the room and looks great in what is now a multifunctional area. Considering getting another one for the lounge diner! A two bedroomed apartment will then be a three bedroomed apartment :) A big thankyou for making this so easy and enjoyable experience

Great service from start to finish and my goodness the products are beautiful! The team who delivered were great, really explained everything and installed it all perfectly. Definitely highly recommend!

Excellent product, excellent delivery team. Was a few hours late vs initial plan but they were polite, friendly and efficient. And the bed and bench look gorgeous!
Hopefully it will stand the test of time. Would definitely recommend.

Although they were an hour later than they had hoped to arrive, they were the nicest delivery drivers I have seen in years. Very friendly, very efficient and a real pleasure to deal with. They put the sofa together, explained everything and were very helpful.

Excellent product, very good sales & installation service, price @ the upper end of the scale.

I’ll recommend it to my friends.

-The sales person at the showroom was informative and patient.
-I had to wait a bit longer than I had hoped for delivery.
-When I had a question about the order early this morning before it arrived, it was the founder/Director who took the time to respond to my queries online (presumably before the customer service team came on duty).
-The delivery team were very helpful, explaining how the sofabed was put together, so if we ever had to move it, I would know how to take it apart. They were friendly and upbeat, despite the extreme heat.
The sofa cushions are a bit stiff, but I was assured they will soften up over time. And we have yet to test the comfort of the bed. Looking forward to our first guest.
-Overall, great experience.

The Furl team of two came early morning, which was great on a very hot day. They unloaded, relocated and assembled the sofa bed in short order , and explained the workings very clearly. A very impressive delivery which ticked all the boxes.
Thanks for such a high quality team.

The delivery team were helpful, efficient and courteous. Overall, a highly positive experience.

We are extremelly pleased with the quality of the Furl products we have recently purchased. While they have been only recently delivered, the quality seems excellent and we have enjoyed our bed thus far. The storage capacity is certainly very useful and the mechanisms are clever and work well.

The service has been outstanding. The Furl staff have been very friendly, responsive and acommodating. They brought forward the delivery date of our bed for us, which decreased the number of days we spent sleeping in a deflating air mattress. The driver, who delivered a bed by himself to accommodate our request was very pleasant, professional and helpful.

In short, we are very pleased with the design and quality of the items purchased and very impressed with the support thus far, including the excellent delivery staff.

The fitters were both extremely polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Furl.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable which was consistently seen from the shop floor with MJ to the delivery team Amiee and the team that delivered and put the sofa together I am very impressed and definitely use Furl again and will highly recommend to others

Good communication and scheduled delivery. Delivery on time, nice people did good job.

Friendly and polite delivery of a robust and luxurious sofa. Installer explained carefully how it worked and even what steps he took to put it together and how to move it safely in future. I definitely got what I paid for!

Beautiful sofa bed. Even better than imagined with the unique colour ways of our choice that were even better than we had imagined once we saw the delivered product. Communication has been consistently reliable from start to finish. The team that delivered and assembled our sofa bed were also very helpful as well as professional and efficient. Overall first class product and purchasing experience of a bespoke and truly elegant sofa bed.

I am delighted with the quality of my new sofa bed and the service I have received from Furl . Every member of the Furl team was competent, friendly , helpful, interested in customer satisfaction at every level.
There was no delay , the delivery was carried out efficiently and quickly . Well done , Furl !

Ordered a Duette sofabed which was delivered yesterday. The whole experience was fantastic, from 2 visits to the showroom with brilliant advice on room layout, styles and fabrics from talented MJ, to arranging the delivery with the lovely Aimee, to the two smashing, highly knowledgeable and super-helpful guys (so sorry can't remember names) who turned up to assemble the sofabed and demonstrate how it operates. Delighted with the product but it is the staff at all levels who really make Furl a cut above. Thank you!

100% Professional at all stages of the buying process: -
From Showroom advice and guidance to selecting a delivery time and making final payment to an on time delivery to a highly efficient product build. Perfect

I first purchased a Storage Bed from Furl (formally The Storage Bed Company) in April 2010.

Subsequently, my family have purchased a total of 7 beds from Furl, including a 2 x Single, 1 x Queen, 2 x Double and 2 x King bed sizes.

The additional storage space gained is invaluable, and we would be lost without them.

The build quality is superb, and the ability to upgrade the bed (change the fabrics, if you choose removable covers) means that the beds are incredibly versatile and go the distance, if you move home or choose to redecorate.

Our latest order from Furl, was actually to upgrade an existing single bed (purchased in 2015) including new removable fabrics and integrated headboard. The bed in question had been in France and we shipped it back for our 3 year old son as he was moving from a toddler bed to a big boy bed.

During transit, the removal company (somehow) managed to damage two of the castor brackets. None of this was a problem, and Furl replaced the damaged parts free of charge when they came to fit the new fabrics and integrated headboard.

In summary, they are in my opinion, the best beds in the world. Customer Service is outstanding - nothing is too difficult or too much of a problem from start to finish.

Our next purchase will be a Furl Sofa Bed, again they are in a league of one.
