Tried talking to this company I asked for a telephone number as I like to talk my problems over the phone, I find very strange that on there contact page there is no address nor telephone number and also if you google this company there are about 3numbers have tried calling all three numbers and all are dead I have a problem with my item and surprise surprise they never get in touch STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY. I'm an online retailer and this is by far the most outrageous I've come across Trading standards will be informed, don't get caught out like me and the others. With online it's 24/7 business so they should be on the ball so four days and no reply is not acceptable. If they think you want to buy they will answer you when you say problem they are GONE, you have been warned.

no contact phone number emails not replying.... bought an item never received will need to go to bank to do chargeback....

I was extremely pleased with the excellent service, the children love the trampoline.

Excellent service - quick delivery of replacement remote control, as somehow the original got mislayed easy website. Will certainly use this company for any future purchases for the Grandchildren.

We purchased two electric scooters last Xmas, both arrived promptly and worked perfectly fine for a number of months. Unfortunately one of the scooters is not working, it won't charge and is just dead, the other scooter is still working perfectly. I have contact Fun4Kids regarding the warranty because at the time of purchase they were offering 12 months warranty on electric scooters for Xmas. I finally received a reply after chasing 3 times, with a list of instructions about charging the scooter and to say that there is only 6 month warranty which has expired. I have tried to challenge this but it seems that Fun4Kids will not honour the 12 months. I have checked the original order confirmation from December but it does not say anything about warranty. Be careful when purchasing from Fun4Kids, they are good at taking your money but anything beyond this is poor and unreasonable, I would advise anyone to keep proof of the warranty they are offering when you purchase otherwise it's just like banging your head against a brick wall!!

Delivery arrived lovely
Pulled everything out the box everything looked excellent was really happy
Then put the car together and was very unhappy the door connector was broke and the wheels were awful the hun caps didn't stay in properly either where the holes were poorly done looked a rushed job all in all the car looks nice but not great practicaly for the expensive of it I boxed it all back up and waiting for it to be returned as im not happy with it
I had to go to toys r us so my son had a main present for his birthday I wasnt in the best of moods after all the run around

I am so impressed with this product
got it for my grandson who is 4 next week
took a while to put together but Instructions were good and easy to follow.
I would however say it would be no good for an 8 yr old. Unless the child is small

Purchased a replacement net for my trampoline. The item was easy to fit and looks great. Only negative was the net couldn't be secured as instructions but after a few days it fitted. I suspect it needed to hang a bit. Delivery was fairly prompt.

Got a good response by email when making a correction to my order. I prefare a direct contact but it all worked out alright.

Fun4kids is good however the product that I bought (13.5ft Rectangular Steel Pro™ Frame Pool (7,893L)) I am ratherdisappointed with. The pool itself is the size and spec that I ordered but this issue I have is the fact that the connections points on the swimming pool to connect the filter pump is so high that the heater that I also bought from fun4kids is having no effect as the heat is being pumped right at the surface. On all the photos of this product I can locate on the internet including on this website, not a single one of them has these connections so close to the water's surface. I would require a call or a or an email to get a resolution for this issue.

I ordered the Little Tykes Princess Garden Playhouse as the one advertised on the website was the style I wanted.

The playhouse that turned up was not the one advertised and was a slightly different style.

Little Tykes confirmed the image used by Fun 4 Kids was an old one and it has since been updated.

Good product but just feel disappointed all round.
