IPurchased a kids ride on car and was let down by the courier company. Fun4Kids / Dragon Toys dealt with the situation very well and resolved the issues fairly and quickly after making the necessary investigations. I would just like to place on record my thanks to them for doing this when they Could have taken a much harsher stance. 10/10 from me.

after a few problems with my product being broken have got to the end fun4kids have been helpful and have offered a 50% compensation very helpful company and top quality toys

Speedy delivery service and arrived in perfect condition.

10 days down the line and still no parcel or reply from the email i sent.... not happy

Received my item, nothing like the one advertised, it also came damaged. Have sent several emails and photos of the damaged parts, have also tried to phone them with no one answering the phone. No response to emails, I have paid over £300.00 for a load of rubbish. I just want the item collected and a full refund. Might have to take this futher. Never again will i use this company, absolutely disgusting, they are quick enough to take your money and send out a load of crap.

I’ve emailed multiple times chasing my delivery and they’ve ignored me! They are clearly going bust!

We received the quad bike back of it broken and it’s only been just over a week and the low speed doesn’t work. We threw the box away so couldn’t return it. We are stuck with it. Don’t bother.

2 electric scooters bought December 2017. Not used very much and one doesn’t charge properly and neither of them hold their charge. One doesn’t accelerate with even no one standing on it. Still in warranty. I contacted the company to ask for a resolution as they weren’t cheap and my partners children are heartbroken that they can’t use their presents. I was told that as a new company took over (despite operating with the same name) I can’t exercise my consumer rights or warranty and I am stuck with two faulty non functioning scooters. I was then invited to continue being a customer. Never ever again! I received a robotic automated response from them. This must have happened a lot for them to create a generic response to such an issue!

We bought an electric car,but unfortunately arrived with some minor damages,wich at the begin i was really upset because i didnt expect this,but i think the delivery persons was not very carefull with the package,anyway i emailed back straight away and we received a quick response ,they refund us for the damage parts ,was quick response,but a bit of advise to be more carefull with the shipping bcoz at the end of the day this cars not cone cheap and is a really disappointment if arrives damagaed

To say you value feedback is almost laughable. I have been trying all day via twitter, text and email to speak to anyone about the recent purchase for a birthday tomorrow. I bought a ride in tractor which will not charge , I have no idea what to do next and have a potentially very sad little boy tomorrow. If someone would just pick up the phone to my voicemails or reply (having read my enquiry) you may have a solution that would sort it out.

Hi, l have just purchased a quad bike for my grandson for Xmas, we have put it together following easy instructions and can't wait for santa to deliver it to my grandson. We are impressed with the look of the quad, it also seems solid and strong, he will love it. Good fast delivery.

Excellent service! Ordered a Revvi kidsbike for my sons birthday. After leaving it really late and it being out of stock everywhere else I was able to order it at Fun4Kids. Arrived within days and the customer service was great too and really helpful, as I had emailed a few times regarding it being delivered on time and tracking!

They went into liquidation. Took a while but I managed to get my money back for the electric kids car I never received. Thanks to Amazon pay helping me to get the money refunded. This was one of the payments options on their site.
The site never replied to emails near the end, it went on for 1 -2 months. Avoid

AVOID!! This is my 4 th sit in car( from this company) in last four years first my Grandsons Car £150 Brilliant Next Christmas Brought the upgrade 12 volt Mercedes Brilliant after constant use with No problems fitted second Battery.So for my twin granddaughters bought 2 of same 12 volt cars for their Birthday in july 2018. One has now stopped. No telehone number response and unable to send emails. Money wasted

Bogus Seller.. No response to emails and no one ever answers the phone.. I have returned the car long back as was smaller for my son and I paid a secure postage as well. They have not refunded me yet. Hard to Trust all the positive comments about the seller. Very ugly and bad experience for me.

Placed an order for a £899 water park. It stated 2 day delivery. It has now been 1 week with no delivery. Have phoned continuously all week and they never answer the phone. Have emailed repeatedly and not had 1 response. Would strongly not recommend using this company.

Bought an electric sit on tractor with a scoop. Absolutely fantastic, grandson loved it and could not keep him off it. Excellent delivery service.

Bought the Lamborghini Aventador Style 12V Ride On Children’s Electric Car - White with a personalised number plate for my nephews 3rd birthday. Everything was as smooth as it could have been from placing the order to it arriving at my door! It arrived within 3 days and is absolutely brilliant!
My father helped me put it together and it’s just great. I cannot wait to see my nephews face when he has his very own car!!
The only negative I have is that it was missing a screw but that was easily rectified with my fathers tool box!!

Good website. Lots of info and easy payment system with payment options which is great. So far so good. Would use again.
