Shocking customer service
They ignore your emails, then have the audacity to say we didn’t receive them & charge you (multiple) £49 late fee’s.
Customer service exactly as it shouldn’t be done!

We decided to close our account…
We decided to close our account primarily because of the poor customer service. The call handlers were disinterested, unhelpful, and showed no urgency in resolving issues. On top of this, we constantly had to wait weeks for new or replacement cards to be issued, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Despite years of spending and paying on time, they refused to increase our credit limit, which showed a lack of support for loyal customers. Overall, the service was far from user-friendly, and we would not recommend this company.
