I ordered a green peridot heart ring from Fry Powers through Nordstrom. The ring arrived and both my husband and I did not like the colour so I returned the ring in same box/packaging that it was sent, very securely taped so it could not be tampered with via FedEx. I received notification today that the company is DECLINING MY RETURN stating that I returned the wrong item. I absolutely did not and returned the exact same ring sent to me. This is a fraud, they are just stealing. DO NOT ORDER. I've ordered jewelry online frequently and also have returned items that I did not find suitable and have never had this problem. In fact with companies like Anita Ko and Sydney Evans (much higher end than this company) the customer service is outstanding and never has a returned item been declined. Clear cut fraudulent company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Third world service levels 5 star product
Bought a great ring, unfortunately after three wears it broke, these things happen. What I do not understand is the poor response and care when there are issues.
This ring should not have broken, but when it did after me contacting Fry so many times, they just do not respond swiftly or slowly - they take weeks

Therefore if you purchase, beware, that once Fry has your sale, the level of service, and engagement and response is poor. I have sent my ring back from AU and am grateful they are at least honouring to fix it though nil response about having received the item, that it is being repaired, that it will come back to me

This is not how business runs these days when building a brand. I hope this feedback is read , you take care for what your needs are as a customer and that Fry Powers improve.

Vorrei dare zero ma non è possibile. Non ordinate le cose arrivano forse dopo un mese . Ho preso tre collane super care ancora devono arrivare dopo un mese e 10 giorni. In più dall’Italia pagherete sempre se arrivano i dazi doganali.
Mandate email dove rispondono dopo tantissimi giorni. Mi hanno risposto inizialmente su Whatsapp ora neanche li.
Super super sconsigliato e molto delusa . In più comprate solo con pagamento PayPal in quanto garantiti.
Pessimi .
Naturalmente ho tutta la documentazione da fornire.
