Good price and delivered the next day, great service

Although I first received HDMI adaptors by mistake, after a phone call the displayed port adaptors were dispached and received promptly .
I am very impressed with fruitycables.

The web site is easy to navigate and, while there is no free or 1st-class delivery service (courier only), for bulk orders this is a frictionless and stress-free experience.

Despite having an issue with getting the cables delivered elsewhere and no one ever responding to my email about it, the actual cables are top notch and work perfectly. I would actually order again!... Just would prefer better postage prices, but I guess for the price they charge I get it.

This is the third time we have purchased cables and on each occasion delivery has been excellent and exceeded our expectations.
The cables provided are excellent value for money and I would have no hesitation in recommending Fruity Cables to anyone.

Their shop let me pay for next day delivery over xmas, when it turns out their office was shut and therefore were unable to fulfil the order. No-where on their site was this mentioned.

Customer services said they'd refund the "next-day" part of the shipping and give me 10% off my next order.

I have yet to receive either of these 2 weeks later

Service was brilliant and the cables arrived next day however I did have to pay £12 for 4 cables to ensure I got them by this time. As I'm in the UK this seems very expensive and perhaps delivery costs should be tailored to different products. However customer service was great and I will be using Fruity Cables again.

All the options i needed, especially really short patch cables.
