Great service as always. These guys have been there throughout my restoration journey and never let me down.

Quick delivery and well packaged. Postage is pricey but they are limited with couriers due to the nature of certain products such as special paints, so try and decide what you are going to need and order once. What I did like was the email alert when something comes back in stock - this really does work, they do restock quickly and you get an email so you can get in before they sell out again. The instructional Youtube videos for the POR15 system were also very useful, as was the instruction sheet they put together themselves.

Not impressed with their customer support. We expressed an issue to them which had put us in a dilemma. And instead of swiftly resolving the issue. Which they could have done very easily. They made additional requests which only made the disappointing situations even worse. Causing more inconvenience. ‘’ Great customer will always cost less than bad customer service in the long run ‘’

Frost as usual were the go to for things required to do up anything made from metal. Great prices, an amazing range of 'I didn't even know where to get one' items, easy to use website and checkout, and exemplary packing/delivery mean I keep coming back. This time it was POR-15 for my 'newly restored from a load of old girders work bench'. Why has it taken me so long to find out about POR-15 products? If it's rusty and you want to change that to shiny and painted then POR-15 stuff coupled with Bilt Hamber products to negate the rust are the way to go. Expensive but they do the job, and you only have to do it once unlike other products which I had been using!

I ordered several VERY high temp paints for an exhaust system this week.
1 was accidentally ordered with the normal high temp instead of Very High Temp.
Phoned the guys up and a very nice lady sorted an additional order from me, with 1 return item sorted over the phone at the same time too.

There was no beating around the bush and all sorted very quickly.
Real people here, no Ai running you around the different departments. Very impressed. Quality products. What more can I say. Xxx to the lady - what a star.
