BAD... VERY BAD
DROP SHIPPING COMPANY!
Avoid at all costs, total waste of money & time, products not held on stock & delivery dates are nothing short of a lie.
They are drop shipping using a company called genpower.co.uk look them up, start a small trade account and cut F.R. Jones & Son out of the deal.
The staff are useless when emailing you & simply ignore questions & only tell you they are waiting to hear back from suppliers about arrival dates!
I've asked for a full refund, if I don't get one my bank will be instructed to recall all of the money.
Well respect works both ways, I will be sharing my views about your company on as many platforms as possible & hope others do too.
Good riddance 0/10.
Ohh & if they reply below, rest assured nothing got sorted out, because I won't talk to them anymore, my last email requested a full refund, that's the end of it, so ignore their BS reply!

The Once Excellent F.R. Jones has Fallen.
The once excellent Jones has delivered yet another damaged package with parts missing. EVERY order since about 2015 has failed. Normally they are fantastic at sending replacement missing/damaged items.
This time waited from December to March for a replacement expensive chainsaw bar lost through poor packaging. A bar arrived; I have no idea what it fits, it certainly not what the order request was.
Unfortunately, it's time to move away from F.R Jones, the orders are never straight forward.

Find another store
I would recomend finding a different store to purchase from, ordered a product three weeks ago and still have no clue on when it may arrive. I’ve emailed staff to ask for an update but had no response on all 3 emails. Very disappointed!
