The rug was very careful packed and we were kept informed because the courier texted me saying that there would be a delay of a day due to high volumes.

The quality of the rug was better than expected and the rug was delivered on time and in good condition. We have bought from Frith rugs before and have always been satisfied which was the main reason for going back to them.

the underlay arrived promptly, was easy to lay and seems to have don the trick with the rug that was rucking up on the carpet even with a table on it.
