What an experience of excellent customer service! From the beginning to the end.
Website easy to use when ordering. Communication the following day to confirm it's in stock and did I have a preference for delivery date!
Our rug arrived promptly.
Unfortunately not the fault of Frith Rugs, but in the manufacturing process a knot in the wool yarn caused a fault.
After sending images on email to inform. We had a phone call the same day to arrange a team member to personally pick up the faulty rug and delivery of a perfect replacement the next day! Beyond the call of duty! Thank you so much! Really happy customers who will be back again soon.

Order was despatched and delivered within a week of being placed. Website easy to use. The rug underlay was exactly what I had been looking for and reasonably priced.

Looks like what we are looking for but not ready to fit yet as we need to decorate our lounge first. Might have been better if it had a fringe (as the existing rug has) but not clear if this option was available.

Very helpful- sourced the three rugs I wanted and brought them to the store of my choice. Was kept informed at all times. I have bought several rugs in the past from G H Frith and always been very pleased with the product and their service

This is the sixth rug over a number of years that I have bought from Frith Rugs. The quality is as ever superior and the delivery was fast.

Best backing for a rug that we have ever tried. Now even with two crazy dogs running around on laminate floor, with these underlays from Frith, the rugs don’t even move! Great product and not much dearer than far inferior products, so the extra money is worth it!

Straight forward honest and helpful

Order placed with Leekes of Cross Hands, but to be delivered by Frith Rugs.
We placed an order for a Kirman rug on 07th January 2025, paying fully in advance as requested. The salesman, Huw Thomas telephoned 'the manufacturer ' whilst we were there and confirmed delivery would be by the end of March.

The end of March came with no further contact from Leekes or the manufacturer ' . On calling customer service, I was advised delivery would be by the end of April which I accepted. No delivery or contact was received that month.

Once again I telephoned Leekes to be advised that the rug was actually coming from Turkey having been lead to believe it was from a UK manufacturer. A new estimate for delivery was given for the end of May which we accepted. The person I spoke to at Leekes customer service promised to keep an eye on the order and update me, stating that she was on leave at the beginning of June and would check prior to going away, and if not despatched then would ask a colleague to check on progress.

At the beginning of June, with still no sign of the rug, I called again. This time I was transferred to the store who advised they would email Frith Rugs to ask them to call me with an update. Someone from Frith called to advise they had not received the order from the manufacturer and thought it would be received the following week but would come back with further information. It was difficult to understand everything said as the line was extremely poor.

Frith did call back a few days later, advising my wife it would be delivered in the following 2 to 3 weeks.

I have today called to check progress and have been promised a call back with further information. I have zero confidence that the rug has actually been sent from Turkey to Frith's, or that it's likely to be fulfilled.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received from Leekes. No one has bothered to monitor the order and if I did not keep telephoning, Leekes would be totally oblivious as to whether the order has been completed or not. It appears to be a case of take the money, job done, move on to the next one.
Received a call back after my last call to Leekes to query when my order would be delivered, only to be advised that delivery was now estimated to be 20th July, over 6 months from the date ordered and with no guarantee that the delivery date would actually be met. Unbelievably poor service from both Leekes and Frith Rugs. We have now cancelled the order and have requested a refund. Hopefully that won't take as long. I will not purchase anything in future from Leekes that is not available for immediate collection or delivery as they simply don't care once they have been paid.
