I had ordered two sets of underwear from Freshpair. When I received the package, both packages were the wrong size. I called customer service. They asked me to take photos of the labels and send the photos to them. When I did this, they sent me a return postage label. I put both packages into the same mailer in which they had been sent and sent them back. A week later, I got an email that said that they were refunding only half the money, claiming that I had returned only one of the two packages (I sent both to them, but had no way to prove it).

So, I am out half the cost with no merchandise. It is a great way for Freshpair to make a large margin -- charging money but providing NO merchandise. Beware.

Abysmal customer service. Will not shop here again.

My order remains "unfulfilled" 11 days after I placed it, although my credit card was charged immediately. I e-mailed customer service with instructions to cancel my order. I was advised that orders are filled "immediately" by the "warehouse" and cannot be cancelled. You do not want to shop here.

I would not recommend shopping on this website. I ordered socks for my husband. It took a very long time for them to arrive. It turned out that they too small and I promptly returned them. They did not acknowledge they received the return until I called them. And then they would only offer a gift card and not credit my account. The credit card account shows the purchase(when the purchase was finally deducted from my credit card account). An email shows that we did return it under 30 days from purchase date. When addressing this with them they apologized and reported they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. 3 days went by and they assured that would get back to me. I have not heard from them since. I have never had an experience like this before shopping online. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I love Freshpair. Great website and assortment. Easily found what I was looking for and got free shipping too!

I ordered a red satin bra in size 38C. I received a black strapless bra in 40DD. Do they apologize, send a return label, and quickly dispatch the correct item that I have paid for?? No. They will send a return label so that the return is postage paid. My refund will be issued 9-10 business days after the warehouse receives the return. I am free to place a reorder for the item I have already paid for.

I returned a piece of lingerie that was dirty when delivered. I didn't notice it until I opened the package as they had paper covering it. I returned the item and was told that due to Federal regulations, they could not accept the package since I had opened it. I guess they have a unique set of Federal regulations. So, I am out the money for the item I purchased and according to them "they are sorry for any inconvenience." Beware of Freshpair!

Ordered and 2 of the items were not in stock. They took forever to ship my items to me and after a few weeks of checking in with them they finally shipped them to me. This is just stressful. I found another site that is much better at sending me my orders a lot faster and always complete. If you find a product on Freshpair, I recommend shopping it around online. I have been using mensuas.com lately and it is good so far.

Easy website to navigate and they had a bra I had been looking for for years! My order came really quickly too!

Lack of proactive communication about the status of my order. I had to continually query the status after each of the many times the delivery was delayed. Lack of complete fulfillment of more than one order over the past year. The emails suggesting that I order other colors and sizes of an item that never came into stock in any color or size and finally with the cancellation of the latest order came a 10% discount on a future order I will _never_ place is no help for the customer dissatisfaction this has caused.

I ordered 8 items, 4 items were known to be out of stock but they were accepting backorders. After the order confirmation I was notified that 1 additional item was being moved to backorder status. Even so, all items were to be shipped by January 2nd 2015. I would occasionally check the status of my outstanding items, and it was not until I inquired as to the shipping status of items showing as in stock that my backordered items would be shipped. Of my original 8 items, I have received 5. 3 are being cancelled because my payment authorization has expired, which if they had shipped as promised, would not have happened. Google may trust them, but I do not.

Here I was amazed at how quickly I got my order. But I wish they would reply quicker to my emails and when replying I wish they would be more friendly and helpful. Still a happy customer though.

Dont reply e-mails, cancel order without any explanation. Absolutely awful.

I bought there for years (i mean could be thousands of $) and was very satisfied with their clothes, but last time i got no reply at all on my questions, so i did quit this shop and make another choice. Farewell freshpair, you got much too arrogant and ignorant for me, i always appreciate a customer service and it's a bad sign for me if it's not existent.
