They're an independent UK based company who manufacture everything to order. All items are carefully stitched and finished by hand and you can even send them a template of your feet, so that they can actually accommodate things like Bunions, irregular sizes, pressure points etc. This is an excellent idea so that you can get the very best fit for your footwear, a service you'd usually be charged a lot for by, 'conventional' hand made shoe makers. We've been buying boots, sandals and shoes from Freerangers for almost fifteen years and have always been very impressed with the quality, the fit, the high level of comfort and the excellent value - where else would you be able to find hand made, quality products at such reasonable prices?! I can honestly say that I have never had any footwear that's been so completely comfortable, even on the first wear, it's like walking on clouds, perfect! There's also a refurbishment service which means your items will last even longer.
