Received a random call from Adam Stevens regarding my current policy with AIG. I thought it was to just check I was still happy with it but it wasn't until 10min into the call that I was being sold another policy with Scottish Widows. I was in a restaurant eating, which I said to Adam but he insisted on continuing with the call and said it would take a few minutes. I was interested in getting a new policy as it cost less than my current one. Had Adam said at the beginning I would have arranged a more convenient time. As it happens I was on the phone for about 35 mins and 22secs, answering all the questions. In future, Adam please state your case at the beginning of a call and ask the customer whether this a convenient time to call as the call will take long, which will give the customer a chance to decide

I had made enquiries as to life insurance. I spoke to a very pleasant gentleman by the name of Jamie Hughes.
He explained the whole application thoroughly,which is very reassuring, as it can be quite an experience understanding life insurance policies.
