I was so impressed with the speed my iPad arrived. within 23 hours of placing the order the iPad was in my hands. Really impressed with the returns policy, and the return slip included, in case I changed my mind, in my case in case my gift wasn't wanted. Took the feeling of risk away. I ordered an IPad Air 2 from Freedom Mobiles to my home in France, and it arrived via FedEx within 2 days with tracking! I had a bit of trouble picking up the package from the depot but that was more FedEx's fault. (Even if Freedom Mobiles passed an incorrect Mobile number on to FedEx...)
The iPad arrived unscathed and ready to go. They weren't wrong with their quality rating system, with an 'A star' rating the product was seemingly new and in its original box.
Great quality product, great service, will be buying from Freedom Mobiles again.

Bought a Lumia 930 used grade A on ebay. The product was new, not even a small scratch on him. The delivery was fast. Good to done business and will always check their products before buy a new smartphone or tablet, because the ratio price/quality is flawless.

Phone arrived as and when promised in excellent condition. Have thankfully had no need of returns policy as phone was immaculate.

You generally think buying a mobile online is a bad choice, it said like new on the description so I expected some damage and there was some small scuffs around the edges but the screens front and back were scratch free! Better than expected! Seems to work perfectly, battery seems normal if not a big draining but that tends to be the case with smartphones and Google nexus 4's alike. Would definitely come to this company again for another mobile phone. Great, quick service and came earliest date expected from Amazon, great!
