Phone as described. Quickly dispatched and good communications. 'A' condition and all worked. Not the cheapest but sometimes cheap is just not too good ! Payed Return slips and no quibble return policy gives place of mind. Would definitely use again.

Good customer service.
The used mobile phone we ordered had a fault with the camera. This was very quickly resolved with a replacement, upgraded to a better quality used phone received in a few days later. A good service all round.

Brilliant!! Tried to order an I Phone 5s. Spoke with company, advised to register and order. Told if Phone in stock would allow me to order if not in stock wouldnt allow me to add to basket. True to form 5mins to register and order phone, ordered at 1530, arrived following day. Can't beat that, highly recommended.

After buying phone on line which was easy. Delivery and contacting company very poor. Ended up driving 72 miles on day 3 after paying for next day delivery.

Firstly sorry to hear you're not happy with the delivery - we do pride ourselves on consistent and reliable dispatch and delivery. Let me sum up what we know about your order:
#1 - Order placed Saturday 1st August, next available date for dispatch being Monday
#2 - Order dispatched on Monday 3rd August as expected
#3 - Tracked parcel signed for on Tuesday 4th August as expected
Amazon's estimated delivery being listed as 4th-6th August.
We also received two messages from you:
#1 - Asking for faster delivery - we already deliver the next working day so we confirmed this.
#2 - A request asking for very specific timescales and alternative delivery address if those timescales cannot be met.
Unfortunately Amazon does not allow shipping to alternative addresses, for the protection of both seller and buyer. Also, no delivery companies that we know of offer a service where you can have same day delivery but to a different address if the recipient is not available.
Hopefully this has explained the situation to you - apologies that you did not receive the service you expected - Amazon does make it difficult sometimes to see each individual 3rd party seller's shipping details, which we have brought up with them in the past.
Because...
when the first phone had a problem I returned it, free of charge, and my money was refunded within 24 hours (as soon as they received the phone).
My replacement phone seems just fine.

I ordered an HTC One M8 (used - grade B), and it arrived very quickly, and in great condition. Unfortunately it turned out there was a hardware problem (microphone not working, common with this model). They had already provided a pre-paid return label, and when I contacted them via email they replied promptly to say I should use it. Within a few days a replacement arrived, which is good condition (not great, but still grade B), and is working great. Excellent customer service, which you rarely find these days.

Was looking for a replacement for my HTC M7 and purchased a M7 from Freedom Mobiles which was described as being in "A" class condition. The phone arrived by recorded delivery the following day and was as new. Great phone and great service.
