I always thought that the second hand mobile phone would be the last thing I would buy online. But there’s reasons I had to. After hours of researching prices and customer reviews I finally came across freedom mobiles. They came across as a very honest organisation, strong on communication and delivering exactly what they said that they would deliver. The phone arrived quicker than expected, well packaged, and in better condition than the grading that they had given. I was delighted. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would definitely buy from them again.

The first order i placed was cancelled but i had my money refunded right away. Iwas informed of cancelation by email and recommended another item which i purchased. This item was dispatched and was received the next day and in perfect working order. I was informed by email at all stages of process so first class service.

Best seller I have dealt with, through no fault of his own sent the wrong item , then second replacement. item also not right. On checking his stock he realized his supplier had marked up the packaging wrong Seller then went out and bought from local shop the item I had ordered and sent to me free of charge. Considering the original eBay item was only £1 this seller must be one if not the best,honest trader on eBay in fact it must have cost him to get my order correct considering he DID not ask me to send either of the wrong items sent

Ordered the Samsung S6 and it quickly arrived in perfect condition with no marks. I did however return it as the colour white on webpages was more of a pinkish white. If I hadn't compared it to my old phone I probably would not have noticed and accepted it. I returned the phone and I received a quick refund with no problems. I'll probably use them again for phones for the children as they probably won't be as fussy as me.

I recently purchased a phone, however I hadn't read the description correctly and wanted to return it.

Freedom Mobiles accepted the return without a quibble. My return was made even easier by a pre-paid label on my invoice.

I followed the instructions and was e-mailed to let me know that my return had been received and I would be credited shortly. This was hours before the Amazon message.
