I actually ended up not keeping the phone I bought from them, and sending it back was really easy. The refund arrived in just a couple of days, I really recommend these guys.

I purchased an Ipad 16gb 3rd generation unlocked white. The first Ipad was an upgrade to a 32gb as they did not have the 16gb, unfortunately it was not unlocked, but the condition of the Ipad was first class. I telephoned Freedom mobiles and spoke to one of the sales personnel and explained that I needed an unlocked Ipad. They were very helpful and I was asked to return the Ipad so they could replace it for an unlocked Ipad. They paid for shipping it back. They didn't have white one so I accepted the replacement Ipad 16gb in black which was unlocked. The condition of the Ipad was Excellent. All staff that I talked to were first class and very helpful. Would Recommend highly.

(Honest opinion ) bought ipad 3 from freedom mobiles it was advertised as slightly marked on back . Other wise good condition . But when I opened it after delivery I was surprised to find it was even better then describe . Other sellers on eBay aren't so honest when it comes to describing used items . I will defiantly buy items from this company again . Once again thank you for your honest and accurate description of the. Ipad . Lead the way don't follow others .

I recently purchased an iPad from Freedom Mobiles. The item was as described, the communications were prompt and good and delivery was very fast. I would recommend Freedom Mobiles and would do business again.

I sleepily ordered an Iphone 6 from Freedom, and next morning realised it was the wrong one. I sent a quick email explaining this, and all was sorted....until I noticed my revised choice was only 64gb. I then decided that the original 128gb phone was better for me after all. All this could have turned into a nightmare, and as it was all my fault, frankly, I deserved it! Another apologetic email to freedom, and within 30 mins I received a reassuring reply stating that my original order was reinstated, and that the partial refund to my card was complete (thank you Damien). The phone arrived well packaged the next working day...and I LOVE it!.
I happily recommend freedom for both customer service, and quality of product.

Bought a I phone from freedom via amazon . It was delivered within 2 days unfortunately it had a fault and I reported it to freedom there was absolutely no issues I sent it back and within 2 days I had another handset
