If I could give No stars I would! I was happy with Studio, but then changed to Frasersplus! Utter rubbish, payment system you can't understand, everything costs far more than Anywhere else.
I over paid, in the confusing payment system, and they owe me £122, do you think I can get my money back!!??? Wall after wall they put up, taking details, then taking the same details again, then NEVER contacting you, so next stop is Trading Standards!

Frasers Plus stealing my refund
Bought some trainers on Sports Direct & paid using Fraser's 3 month interest free option (owned by Sports Direct & if you don't check, you will discover that Fraser automatically puts you on a high interest longer term contract).
I waited but my trainers did not arrive & had heard nothing from Sports Direct themselves. When I contacted them via e-mail, I was told the trainers were out of stock so a refund would be issued (When were they going to notify me - never? And why were the trainers advertised on their site?). However, I'd all ready made the first payment - and Fraser has not refunded that to me despite taking the full refund from Sports Direct. I've contacted Frasers Plus & Sports Direct to no avail. Sports Direct has told me it has nothing to do with them despite Fraser being the same company.
The number of companies that see people as something to be exploited is remarkable & their brazen audacity to do it openly is even more remarkable. It's as if they believe they're beyond any kind of regulation & have no concern for people's time wasted.

Had studio account for many years,then they transferred all accounts to Frazersplus. Never any proper explanation of how this system worked as they put you on a interest plan so much each month.I overpaid every month but the total was never reduced. My transferred balance from studio was £58.21,and I paid a total of £98.58 in just under 5 months,but my account was still saying I had to pay £10 something a month. ?
You can only contact them by live chat (waste of time) or email response time weeks. Thier email replys are very confusing but hopefully I have now shut down my account,oh yes I can claim 0.29p overpayment. Rip off company
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I open an account with them which says if you pay within 3 months no interest added. I spend £83 and paid it within 2 weeks. Months later I find out the full payment I made was not added to my account to clear the full balance instead they put it somewhere and put the £83 I own on 36 month instalments for it to accrue interest. Why will you keep the money I have pay in full and put the debt on 36 months plan for it to accrue interest. When someone own you and they pay in full you use it to clear the debt you don’t keep it and continue to charge them interest. I have paid over £84 and they are still asking for more payments. I contacted them and made a complaint and over month no one has bothered to respond. This is a clear scam. Do not bother wasting your time with them. When you find a company with no phone number to call for help it says a lot about them. Unbelievable. Am not paying a penny more with them.
Frasers Plus- STAY AWAY - VERY POOR SERVICE
I have paid my minimum payment but it is not showing on my balance. I have tried for 6 days now and sent emails to Frasers Plus to no avail. The webchat is a joke and a total waste of time. They have abysmal customer support. I have reached out for 6 days and today I managed to get a response on the webchat. However, to my great disappointment, they still could not assist me but instead I was told they have escalated my query and I will receive an email. No time scale no thing. I said I’d like to make a complaint and again the same thing, I was told that my complaint has been raised and I will receive an email. I advised that I do not want my credit rating affected due to their delay. Again no positive response, I will have to wait for their email once they have located my payment. The agent Senamile was very unhelpful, showed no empathy and willingness to assist. I now want to settle my account and close my account. Thank you for your credit but no thanks because of your lack of customer service. My payment reference is SD7129 and I paid £306.49. I have a screenshot of my web chat and I am more than willing to share if it becomes necessary.

Won't refund payment
Made a payment but then had problem with the sale and I was refunded. Fraser plus kept hold of my payment and won't reply to emails and request to close.

I signed up for the app and wish I hadn't what a ridiculous way around the confusion maze to pay after hours of trying to pay by the did find out I'd got myself worked up with it and stressed out I just payed what I owed and won't be using it again and if the pester I will block them

Absolutely disgusting company. Emailed them 4 times regarding logging into my account had no reply. Then find a number to call them on I said I’m having trouble logging in they said they do not deal with that over the phone you have to email them. Do not use this company absolute waste of time!!!!!!

Please people stay away from these. Ordered a ps5 and was never delivered. Evri said it’s nothing to do with them and Frasers plus saying it’s nothing to do with them I’m going back and forth with them. Nobody was in when it was suppose to be delivered only a photo but no parcel was left. No number to phone and the chat box is no good. Please spend your money elsewhere.

They do not contact you from customer services and if you forgot your password you are directed to the app ( where you have to put in your password) in order to progress

I am unable to speak to anyone in person. I have tried for weeks to contact this firm, who supposedly took over my account with studio, whom I always paid well over requested payment.
Yesterday 18th September. 2025 I obtained my account and paid the outstanding balance in full (£77.62) and they are now trying to say I only paid around £13. My bank shows that 77.62 was sent to them, so they had better close my account or I shall take this matter to trading standards. Disgusting company.

Multiple terrible experiences with this company. They seem to have taken over many accounts with many companies and are using AI to run things. I cannot sign in to pay, cannot use the app, and can only contact them through their bot, which gives me my monthly payment and their bank details. But I can not order from studio because you now sign out with Fraser Plus. So no more stuff from Studio. Hope they go broke. Will delete after payments are fulfilled. This is what happens with idiots who think AI can do anything and sack all the workers.

I raised a dispute with Frasers Plus after my Sports Direct order (£244.99, placed 30 July 2025) went missing. Evri marked it as “delivered,” but I never received it. I expected my payment provider to protect me, but instead, Frasers Plus sided with Sports Direct, claiming the courier’s photo was “clear evidence.”
This is deeply disappointing. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer remains responsible until the goods are delivered to the customer — not simply marked as delivered by the courier. By upholding Sports Direct’s rejection, Frasers Plus effectively ignored consumer law and left me out of pocket.
I have since had to escalate my case to the Financial Ombudsman Service. A payment provider should protect its customers and uphold their rights, not blindly support the retailer.
Very poor experience and a complete failure of customer care.
They don’t respond emails
They don’t respond emails. When you chat to them they say someone will get back to you and they don’t. Instead they’re very good at charging late fees without any consideration

This company took over studio, added £37 to wives account. “Not their fault that the balance on account went from £90 to £127, can’t explain but said we need to pay it. Although clear evidence shows what the bill was .
They don’t “speak to customers” only email and online chat. What a disgrace. Studio when they sold it , never an issue for 15 years, This was taken over around 4 weeks and look at the fraud , adding to account and hoping no one would notice . Utter disgrace. STAY WELL CLEAR .
This Company are discusting
This Company are discusting. I was with Studio for a few years. Made my final payment to Studion March this Year 2025. I then closed my account online I have receipts and all proof. For some reason Frasers Plus had bought my account details and all personal data from Studio ( which I'm no longer a part of ) They have inundated me with emails, messages and phone calls telling me I have got to sign into my Studio account within so many days, or else! I have Emailed them stating I closed my account and therefore will not be using any password or logging on details as they should no longer exist. I have also stated that I have never or ever want to sign up to Frasers Plus and wish for all my details they have of me be deleted. The messages I have received back are rude, micky taking and have no customer care in them. I am therefore warning people to steer clear of this Company. They have bought and using my personal data without my permission and the only way they will allow me to close the account they have signed me to, without my permission. Is to sign into my old none existing Studio account.

FrasersPlus customer service absolute joke, worst experience ever.
I got transferred over from Studio, been a nightmare. Payment terms are shocking, they set you up with a 46 month term where you would end up paying huge amounts of interest. Payment system is clear as mud, terrible.
Customer Service a joke. They do not answer emails just keep logging new service tickets, cannot work out if AI or an outsourced call centre.
I have been trying to close the account for 14 days but just going around in circles.
Reporting FCA juts in the hope enough complaints may get them shut down but I doubt it
