Unreliable service and an incomplete renovation
My experience with Fraser Hoehle was disappointing from start to finish. What was meant to be a simple bathroom renovation turned into a prolonged and frustrating ordeal that stretched over several months.
Although payment was requested quickly upfront, the project itself failed to begin as scheduled. Start dates were repeatedly delayed, often without clear updates or communication, which made planning extremely difficult.
Once the work finally got underway, progress was slow and inconsistent. There were long gaps where nothing seemed to happen, and I was rarely informed in advance. I often had to reach out multiple times just to get a response. At one point, I was left without a usable bathroom for more than six weeks, which caused major disruption to daily life.
I also had concerns about the overall professionalism. The coordination between different trades did not appear well organised, waste materials were left outside long enough to bother neighbours, and some of my personal tools and appliances were used without my consent.
In the end, the job was never completed. Communication eventually stopped altogether, leaving me no choice but to hire someone else to finish the work. To make matters worse, my keys were never returned.
All in all, this was a stressful and unsatisfactory experience, and I would advise others to be cautious.
