We specialise in supplying quality inexpensive beds and furniture to the public, property specialists, letting agents, hotels, universities, television production companies and many other institutions. I've had absolute satisfaction with my recent purchase of a gate-leg table. The delivery was as stated and the product exactly what I wanted for my particular need. Also the delivery went without a hitch.

Furniture okay but disgraceful customer service
Furniture okay but customer service absolutely shocking. Firstly illegally shared my data by copying me and some other customers in on the same email. Then when the furniture arrived it caused scratches to my floor due to their packaging (which had no warnings regarding staples). Company refuses to accept any responsibility and don't respond to emails. 2+ months and counting trying to resolve these issues.

Thank your for your review, we're happy to hear that you like the furniture you purchased from us.
Our apologies for the treatment you feel you have received from customer services, we treat all complaints with the utmost importance and after reviewing all the correspondence between yourself and customer services we are satisfied with their response to you.
Firstly, wrapping from 99% of suppliers that we use, use staples to keep it fastened, so that it doesn't come loose during transit or removal from the vehicle. If customers do not use our white glove delivery service, responsibility is that of the customer to carefully remove all packaging in their own home. We sometimes leave castors on so you can easily manoeuvre the items of furniture around your home without scratching or damaging your floors. Once you have chosen the location of your new furniture it would be at that point that you would remove any remaining packaging and the castors, this will ensure no damage to your floors.
As a rule we would never advise pushing furniture around any floor without castors as this can damage the furniture and make it unstable for use, not to mention what happened in your case by damaging your floor.
Once again, we apologise if you feel you have been let down by our customer services, but we cannot accept any liability for damage which was not caused by our staff.

We bought a starter table & 2 chairs for my “downsizing” mum, it did say on the website the table needed home assembly, this was the easy part, the chairs were more challenging as they were completely flat packed! However we are very pleased with the end result, & it is worth paying the extra for padded chairs.

Excellent! Furniture was received on the requested day of delivery on time with a call 30 mins prior to arrival. Furniture was well packed and undamaged. Delivery men were very helpful and polite. Really recommend this company. Will order again from Frances Hunt.
Am extremely pleased with the quality and look of the furniture that I purchased!
