I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible service. I would avoid buying from this company. I ordered a 23cm XL bracelet with 3 name beads. They sent me the wrong smaller size which will not close on my wrist. I contacted them immediately to advise them of their error and they requested a picture which I sent them. I have sent them a further 5 emails since then and they have ignored every one of them. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I would give zero if I could also. I ordered a custom hammer for my father and a father son custom hat combo 3 weeks prior to Father’s Day and they emailed me saying they never got the customizations. I emailed them back a screenshot of the order number as well as the customizations of each order and they told me I need to type it all out. Back and forth with the emails. Still haven’t received anything and they won’t refund. Awful customer service it’s true they reply with the same things but the best one yet was the last one where they addressed me as “hammar” and send a photo of a coin with Chinese letters. I had had it at that point. I lost my money. I’m done. Don’t DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE.

If I could give a zero I would. This is horrible do not order from them. Took longer on shipping than what says on the order as wel they have false advertisement on there hats. Thought I was purchasing a hat for Father and children. Then I proceeded to make it custom Dad, Mark. Because I was under the impression that it was two hats. Then only received one and they literally put it on a children’s hat dad,Mark. Why not contact me to verify instead I just wasted money and they won’t refund. Horrible site and horrible customer service. Do not order from here. As well it is coming from over seas.

The way you advertise your product is very good and it is very easy for payment. I will be shopping again.

Placed a previous order FGD00010651and very happy with the braided men’s bracelet with my children’s name on the custom beads. Hence I ordered another for a work colleague and his children as yet I’ve not received any confirmation of order the downside.

I ordered a Father’s Day gift and I have not received it yet.. I’ve reached out to customer service 5 times and they just keep responding with literally the same answer everytime. I’ve asked for a refund with no success. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Terrible Company!

100% the worst place I have ever dealt with. I have yet to receive my Father’s Day gift after placing it two weeks prior. The customer service is awful, and the responses are vague with no help whatsoever. Do not purchase from here, definitely scammed me.
