It was a nice surprise to find my slates innthe garden I don't think I got an email on the morning that my order email states but I will be ordering again as I need more but money tight I recommend this company for gravel and stone needs

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, polite friendly delivery drivers on both occasions. Put the pallets exactly where we wanted them. Quality of stones and chipping were excellent. Very good value for money. Better than some of the branded companies. Will not hesitate to order from them again.

I found FBS on line during the pandemic and have made many purchases from them since, If you have any need to contact them, the office staff are always very helpful, and the delivery drivers, well we have over the years seen 3 who delivery regularly they are the most friendly, helpful drivers who cannot do enough for you, as for delivery, If you read the information on the website delivery is between 1-5 days, I have never had to wait more than 3, this last order was placed on Friday and received on Monday, just brilliant and you are sent an e-mail when it is dispatched, I recommend FBS to all my friends and family because no one can beat them on price quality and service, Thank you Margaret G

Great buying experience
I found the blue slate chippings I was looking for at a great price, so emailed to check about delivery dates and pleased to receive a prompt and helpful response from a real person.
The chippings were delivered two days later, as promised, and were just what I wanted.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company! I needed some stones for my garden and was unsure as to the number of bags needed, the person on the online chat (yes a person not an automated robot) gave me lots of advice and even emailed spec. over. She said if I placed the order that evening she would look out for it so it could make the delivery van going out the next day (which happened to be in my area). I placed the order that evening but wasn't expecting it would be delivered the next day -but it was!! Delivery driver very helpful and called in advance so I knew they were on their way. Overall a great experience!

Golden Gravel (sold as Golden Flint)
Great customer service and a lot cheaper for good quality gravel. Really happy with the order. Have had two deliveries. The first came on the same day I ordered and the second the day after. Delivery drivers friendly and able to place the delivery exactly where I wanted.
