I do not recommend to buy tickets from this page. Go instead to ticketone for example or any. other website that sells tickets for F1 races.
wanted to buy two tickets for my Dads 60th birthday. Because of the high price of the tickets I wanted to get them from a serious supplier. So I bought them from the official!! F1 ticket shop. Everything went well. Till the moment I received the tickets. On the tickets, the price is printed. It is 850€ per ticket. But I paid 1.142€ per ticket (including a service fee of 66,50 € and a shipping fee of 5€ whilst the tickets were sent by E-Mail)
As I reached out to the customer service, they told me that there is no error on the ticktes.
The price on the tickets and our invoice amount is correct. How is this possible??!!
They told me that they buy a specific contingent from different suppliers to be able to sell the tickets to customers through their F1 website. I really don't understand, how as the OFFICIAL F1 ticket store, you buy tickets from other suppliers and sell them for more than 250€ extra per ticket to your customers. This is an abolute impertinence!!

Increasing the yearly subscription price from €54 to €95. That's outrageous. And now they messed up my renewal so the only option I have is to pay €12/month = around €140 year? That's what a monopoly does to companies.

Worst app and subscription terms ever!

I just visited the Sutton Road branch in Southend and I have to say that I was looked after very well by a guy called Mario.
I went in for my usual M.O.T and it sadly failed but Mario was very professional and explained what needed to be done with a clear timeline of when it can be fixed and my payment options.
Mario has the right combination of both friendliness and professionalism and he couldn’t have done enough to have helped me and am always made to feel welcome there by all the staff.
So well done Mario keep up the good work.

Terrible service and even worse customer service!
Purchased 3 x grandstand tickets for the Abu Dhabi F1, phoned the customer service number as I received a email from them saying “your tickets are now available” but I still couldn’t access them 10 days before the race and as we were leaving for Dubai the next day. Woman was really rude and said they will be available 5-7 days before the race. 5 days before the race, still nothing so tried to contact them from the UAE which is extremely difficult which is why I wanted them sorted before leaving. Eventually, 3 days before the race they showed up in the app!!! I know a dozen people who received their ticket over two weeks before the race from the circuit. I contacted the circuit who supply the tickets and they confirmed ALL the tickets were distributed two weeks before!

Love it! This is absolutely the pinnacle of motorsports to me! High-speed racing, cutting-edge technology, intense competition, and the goofiness of some pilots lol.

We all know that the competition got a little messy in the fast few years with the absolute domination of Max Verstappen and the Red Bull team, but these years are fairly understandable. Before that, there was the undisputable domination of Hamilton and Mercedes and everyone was okay with it, some people were starting to get bored of it, then we had a turning point and we now have this. Well, enjoy the ride I say, no one's domination is forever, it's not like diamonds :))

Anyways, for the past few years, this sport has evolved tremendously, there is no doubt about that! Partly due to netflix, partly due to promoters, partly due to something else, but people love it! It is unbelievable seeing how fast these people go and still are able to keep their head and win the race week after week under very hard circumstances, the pilots are doing an unreal job. props to them!

I love spending my Sundays with a great race, seeing some fierce competition and overtakes, monitoring the developments in the industry, the challenges the teams face in developing their cars and compliance to the hybrid engine rules, plans for carbon neutrality and whatnot.

I bought a 3 day ticket for Monza, Italy, only to find out that my Saturday seat was sold twice.
I complained through F1 tickets, as that's who I purchased the ticket from, which F1 advised that I need to go to the ticket seller, as F1 are at 3rd party seller.
I did as they said and the seller told me to go back to F1, as they sold me the ticket.
Back and forth over 4 weeks since the F1 has finished, and still nothing.
AVOID buying tickets through F1 website, and go directly through the track itself. Far cheaper...

such a disappointing service by such high-end sport. The employees and management are engaged in a scam practice where they sell the tickets on the secondary markets. The premium tickets are immediately sold out within minutes of being available. We purchased 3 tickets for main grand stand for $2000 USD and they don't give us the rows and seats. same tickets are available on second markets for double of the price. i asked them how they're available on black market, but they don't give a sh** about what i say. one of us couldn't go and he asked for a refund, they said they don't do refunds but they told him the section, probably gave the worst section so he could sell it online. My families own bunch of law firms and they're lawyers. I will F them up with a lawsuit so they learn a lesson. such a disappointing experience. every even low end sports give you seats when paying premiums.

They charge you extra for expedited shipping which says 3-5 days, but then they say that it might not even come on the 10th day. Luckily they said they would refund the order, but we'll have to double check to make sure that it's done because it's quite a scammy practice to offer expedited shipping but then say it might not even come in double the time.

Purchased F1 TV Access as I wanted to watch the formula 1 races online.
Only to be informed after contacting customer services that if you live in Ireland you cannot watch the races.
I requested a refund and only after I mentioned I would take this matter further to a solicitor if they did not refund my money, they refunded me. That speaks for itself - complete scam.
Please do not allow yourself to be scammed by the likes of these people. Go elsewhere and use an alternative site.

I placed an order for a McLaren T shirt from F1 store to gift my daughter on her 13th birthday on next business day deliveey. The item was delivered on 17th, 10 days after the order was raised. This was meant to be a birthday present for my daughter, since it was not received i couldnt give the present.
The item delivered is not what i had ordered. I had ordered the product id 13306566(with Miami printing on the right arm and Formula 1 Team on left arm and no logo) but the product delivered was product id 01795508( the item delivered is with Miami printing on the chest and the printing on the left arm being very very small and a logo at the back). The item delivered has a stain mark too.
So i requested for a return with a full refund by emailing to their customer service email as advised by the agent. The request was for a Full Refund with free return. I sent all the information they asked for to process return and refund. When i spoke to the customer services they had no knowledge of receiving the emails from me for the return request. Every time i call up different agents come and give different response. When i received a link to request a return it was asking for a charge to return the item even though they had confirmed it will be a free return as it was a fault from their side on late delivery. I was asked to send the order images again when i spoke to a different agent. This is still continuing.. Really frustrated with F1 customer services, they have no empathy for customer's issues and feelings.

To be honest it has been a pathetic and appalling service from F1 on this order. I ordered with a next day delivery and item was never delivered the next day (the difference in delivery was refunded) and it took 10 days to deliver the item and when it came it was different to what was ordered on the website. Would never buy again from F1 and would not recommend anyone too.

Do not UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES use formula1seats.com to buy ANY tickets. It is a completely fraudulent site. I was told we had got tickets for British GP at Silverstone - then told weren't available (after payment of course) -promised refund all the time - nearly 3 months on and I'm still waiting for my bank to sort the mess out.

Das wirkt etwas unseriös, obwohl ja beim eigentlichen Produkt alles korrekt abläuft.

If you are thinking about attending an F1 grand prix DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING TO MONZA.
I attended the MONZA F1 Grand Prix this weekend and it was without doubt the most badly run event I have ever been to - and I have attended some really grubby music festivals.
F1 is supposed to be the pinnacle of motorsport and yet F1 Monza orchestrated an event that was MEDIEVAL in its treatment of fans.
A record breaking crowd of over 300,000 were crammed into the circuit in 30 degree temperatures with insufficient water stations, toilets and food stations.
The circuit would not allow credit cards, cash or contactless payments and instead introduced a token system for buying food which was a complete farce. Fans had to queue for over an hour to buy tokens as coins or contactless bracelets and then queue again at food and drink stations for over an hour to get food and drink.
Food stations ran out of food.
Hamburger stands ran out of hamburgers and desperately offered burger buns with a piece of lettuce and tomato as a substitute.
Beer tends ran out of beer.
Resupply seemed like an after thought.
On several occasions the token bracelets that were issued didn't work at the food stations and were refused. This happened to me twice after queueing for an hour each time.
Water is a basic necessity but staff were confiscating bottles of water that had lids and yet in the circuit the water stations were insufficient in number which meant there were queues that went on for ever and ever.
Toilets were horrendous and too few in number. As the day went on many of these were out of order.
We paid an obscene amount of money for two tickets in the Centrale stadium and yet we came away from the weekend feeling like we survived rather than enjoyed this F1 event.
Everyone we spoke to after the race said they would never go to Monza again.
I heard from several hardcore enthusiasts that not all F1 events are like this but I strongly advise you to research fan sites for information before committing to an F1 race. Definitely avoid MONZA.

Very bad!! The tickets aren’t correct!

Added a ridiculous markup on the tickets you can buy direct from the race host plus handling fees. And the customer service (if you can get it is a joke).
