As mentioned in an article on PIRG, Forever21 is fast fashion which means you should know what you're paying for and the durability of the products.

Pros: Shipping is great and I've never had a problem.
Their sizes are relatively the same. So, like, a medium sweater can also be compared to the size of a medium dress they sell.

Tips: Always use honey (chrome extension) to make sure the things you like are on sale. Most of the time, Honey offers cashback on many of the items you're looking at.

Cons: Great pictures for subpar material. We should all know what we are getting into when we shop here though.

Plus, in my opinion, a lot of things they sell are made with very thin material I've noticed.

-Plain White T's (honestly, I live for the white T's especially the Men's White T's -- they last super long)

I'm size 1x I had lost weight in matter of 2 months all from being sick and exercising. So when I went to Forever 21 I found a jacket I like it was a Large I tried it on FIT PERFECT with a little more room to have☺ Thankyou for making this customer ☺☺person. I like how I was treated in the store the employees helped me with what I was getting. I will be coning back real soon💖

Laarzen gekocht. 2 keer gedragen. Verf komt er gewoon vanaf. Contact opnemen is niet te doen. Nooit meer.

My order never went through on final sale. It took three customer supports to tell me that after two weeks of waiting.

Bought two dresses, returned them both. They however did not inform Klarna and now I had to pay 63 even though I had no products to show for it.

Chatting is impossible, no email, so you have to call internationally.

CS staff is rude or hangs up on you and the issue is not solved. Numerous escalations through social media are not responded to. If you are an international customer I would urge you to buy anywhere else.

I was sent dirty shoes and went through customer service to try to get a refund only to get closed out by the customer service agent. Shoes were also super low quality.
Would give zero stars if I could.

I tried to place an order online. I wanted to use Klarna as my payment method. Twice I tried to get the order to go through. A hold was placed on my bank account and Klarna has a pending order but Forever 21 can find no record. They will not communicate with each other and just keep sending me auto responses while my fund remain on hold. I keep being told to just wait. NO help. Very poor business practices on both ends. They are frauds and thieves. Customer services is worthless.

you can't make orders from Belgium. Their chat "expert" support doesn't have a clue what's going on. It has just been an awful experience overall.

Ich habe vor Wochen Kleidung bestellt, allerdings das Paket nie erhalten. Der Kundenservice (per Chat) ist unfassbar schlecht. Mitten in der Konversation wird man zu einem anderen Servicemitarbeiter verbunden, der dieselben Fragen noch einmal stellt, welche das Anliegen betreffen. Man kommt zu keinem Ergebnis und schreibt wie gegen eine Wand bzw beginnt immer wieder von vorne. Kommt man zufällig zu einem Servicemitarbeiter, den man schon mal im Chat hatte, wird seitens des Mitarbeiters der Chat beendet. Alles unglaublich eigentlich!

Waardeloos bedrijf, ziet er uit alsof ze in Europa zitten met hun gratis verzenden boven de 100 euro. Maar als je iets gaat retourneren dan betaal je 25 euro retourkosten. Dus voor meer dan 100 euro besteld en dan weet je, niet alles zit goed, dus 25 euro poef weg.

Disappointed with Forever 21's Shirts and Exchange Policy

Review: I recently purchased a few shirts from Forever 21, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. After the first wash, the shirts shrunk significantly, rendering them unwearable. When I approached the store to exchange them, I was met with a frustrating response.

Despite the clear issue with the product, Forever 21 refused to provide an exchange or any form of resolution. The lack of customer support and willingness to stand behind their products is disheartening. As a loyal customer, I expected better from a popular clothing brand like Forever 21.

The shrinking shirts coupled with the store's uncooperative exchange policy have left me with no choice but to share my negative experience. It's essential for customers to be aware of these shortcomings before considering making a purchase from Forever 21.

Bestelling gedaan bij deze winkel omdat er stond dat er geen extra kosten zouden komen. Import en belastingkosten zouden er niet bij komen.
Ik krijg het pakketje thuis met een hele mooie invoice voor import kosten.
Klantenservice meerdere keren geprobeerd, maar zodra ze het probleem zien disconnecten ze mij. Ook het telefoonnummer werkt niet.

I went into the Lenox Square location and there was a young lady there who was new to me because I live near and go there all the time. When I went to the register to pay for my merch she greeted me with a brilliant smile and clear happiness on her face. We bonded over the style of jeans I was purchasing and I discovered she was a flower child like myself She told me about some jeans that she had purchased and thought I would love and asked if I would like to see them. After she rung me up she checked to ensure her coworkers were in the clear and asked me to wait a minute because there were no more left on the Sales floor but she remembered seeing a bunch in back stock. As she approached me with the jeans in her hand out of nowhere a rude man who I determined was her manager interrupted our conversation by saying she was hard headed and does not listen. If it wasn't for the fact that this young lady was so kind and customer service driven I would have put them down and walked away. I absolutely loved the jeans just ad she thought and got back in the line to purchase. As I was leaving I let her know that I bought the Jean's and thanked her because I truly liked them, I was amazed at not only how she had the eye for my taste which is vastly different from what people wear today but I was most impressed by her friendly and welcoming attitude and in how she exceeded my expectations and went above her basic duties to assist me. I plan on writing to headquarters or the owner because the fact that he could clearly see she was helping a customer I am irate at the fact that he felt the need to chastise her and berate her in my presence. It was uncalled for and totally unprofessional. I'm big on customer service and am not impressed these days with the lack thereof. I'll definitely shop there and look for her again, just as I plan on contacting corporate to tell them that my shopping experience was overshadowed by a rude and disrespectful Manager.

Horrible customer service! Agents are extremely condescending and patronizing and extremely arrogant! Not helpful but very rude and defensive about the bad service and cheap clothes! Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

Jeg havde desværre en virkelig dårlig oplevelse hos forever 21. Jeg købte en kjole, men måtte returnere den, da den var for lille.. herefter viser det sig, at jeg ikke modtog mine penge retur for kjolen, men i stedet har betalt for kjolen 2 gange. Jeg gik herefter til butikken 2 gange for at fortælle min situation og vise beviser på at jeg havde betalt 2 gange. Her oplevede jeg kun dårlig service og de fratog alt ansvar, og sagde, at det ikke var deres ansvar. Jeg vil aldrig vende tilbage til denne butik igen, og jeg ville ikke anbefale nogle at handle der..

Furthermore, the customer service I received was absolutely appalling. When I contacted your support team to express my concerns and request a refund or exchange, I encountered nothing but frustration. The representatives I interacted with were unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked basic empathy towards my situation. It felt as if they were more interested in brushing me off rather than addressing my valid concerns as a customer. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable.
