Even without too much notice, the team ensured a beautiful bouquet delivered on-time for a friend’s wedding. The flowers were beautiful, healthy and they even went above and beyond to print off a longer form letter rather than a card as I couldn’t make it in-person. 10/10 would recommend Forever Florist to anybody looking for a florist in Thailand!

The best e experience you can have
From top to bottom was great. For an unknown reason I couldn't pay through the website page and I wrote an email to them. The response was prompt the order done through email, they followed my instructions and the result was more than expected. Brilliant customer service
What a fantastic customer experience, I placed an order from the United Kingdom for my daughter in Bangkok for her birthday. First of all I had to change the delivery date at very short notice and this was hassle free and very swiftly actioned. Secondly I had not given the correct details making it very difficult to deliver but this was again dealt with and overcome very quickly and I am pleased to say the fruit basket and balloon arrived on the day requested. As I live so far away it was important to me that my daughter received her surprise. She was delighted with it and has sent me a video of the gift. It’s filled with really fresh fruit, a beautiful basket and lovely pretty bow and a big balloon to top off my gift.

the status was on his way and suddenly i got the message that i have to order 3-4 days in advance because the person live in a remote area and if they can send flowers instead of the cake
update : We regret to inform you that due to the recipient's remote address, the cake you ordered must be pre-ordered 3-4 days in advance.
As an alternative, our team can deliver a beautiful flower arrangement tomorrow, August 27, 2025. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

So, there's no offer to wait 3 or 4 days, but instead, a bouquet of flowers was offered as an alternative, which would then be delivered on August 27th.
The delivery status was "preparing" last night, and this morning it was "on its way."
Until I received this email, which simply explained that it normally takes 3 or 4 days to deliver to this remote area... while a bouquet of flowers can be delivered to the same remote area within 24 hours.
What a strange world we live in!

We received your order for a Fruit Chocolate Cake for delivery same day to a remote village in Nakhon Phanom province, which is on the border area next to Laos. Please bare in mind that when it is evening in your European country, it is already morning here in Thailand due to time difference.
The delivery address of your recipient is 170kms (roundtrip) from the closest reliable bakery, which is in Nakhon Phanom city. Our flower shop network do not deliver cakes therefore we rely on bakeries to deliver cakes on our behalf and for this reason the delivery and availability is not the same for cakes as it is for flowers, when the delivery address is in a village 170kms round trip from the closest town.
We checked with multiple bakeries in this province (and neighbouring provinces) and unfortunately there was no option for your selected cake for same day delivery today. It would have to be ordered in advance. We notified you of the situation in the early afternoon (Thai time) and asked you if you would like us to order a cake for delivery in 3-4 days OR if you would like to switch to an alternative gift which was available.
You declined to accept the offer of an alternative gift and requested a refund. As you requested we provided you with a full and immediate refund.
We apologise that there are limitations for certain products in very remote villages for same day delivery. Wherever possible we always recommend customers place orders in advance when ordering to very remote villages and islands to avoid disappointment.
Please contact our customer services team should you have any further questions and we will be happy to assist you further.

I had a wonderful experience ordering flowers from this florist. Even though there were some challenges with the delivery—my friend wasn’t responding at first—the team was incredibly persistent, communicative, and professional. They made multiple attempts and kept me updated every step of the way. Thanks to their dedication, my friend was eventually able to receive the flowers, which were absolutely beautiful and fresh. Satisfying experience
The delivery address I gave them was not in the area they could deliver natural roses to. Jill came up with a great alternative, and 2 days later artificial roses and a teddy bear were delivered at my friend's restaurant. The roses looks very nice, not those cheap plastic ones. In the end the receiver is happier with these, as they will last much longer 😁
