This is my second time using this florist. They are awesome and keep you updated on the progress and delivery of the flowers that you ordered. They have a great selection and many choices for add ons such as teddy bears, chocolates, wine, etc. I will always use them as long as I have relatives still in Bangkok. 5 star service!

A 5 star flexible service
A 5 star service that comes with great customer support. We ordered some flowers for our daughters birthday but at the last minute her boyfriend took her on a hotel trip for her birthday. The Forever florist team however were able to change the destination at the last minute and send the flowers to their hotel. my Daughter was very happy. The service is not that cheap (when booked from the UK) but they provide very nice flowers and the flexibility and desire to support their customers makes it good value

If I could give more stars I would. I placed the order from Canada to send flowers to a friend who had unexpected surgery in Thailand. My friend had the flowers within 12 hrs of me ordering them and they were more beautiful than the picture I ordered from. My friend loved them and I was sooo happy with the service from beginning to end. They even emailed me to confirm delivery….amazing! Thank you soooo much

Eine verspätete Lieferung ...eine Enttäuschung
Den Strauss habe ich vorzeitig gebucht und über 4'500 Bath bezahlt. Es wird im Internet auch erwähnt, dass die Lieferung rechtzeitig am Valentinstag ankommt. Leider ist es nicht wie versprochen.
Die Lieferung kam trotz E-Mails verkehr und Mitteilung am späten Abend (nach 8pm). Unter der angegeben Nummer (+66 (0) 2 001 5040) nahm niemand ab. Als ich meiner Partnerin die Überraschung (leider) verraten habe, konnte sie sich mit dem Lieferanten in Verbindung setzen. Der liefer Service hatte anscheinend die Bestellung aus BKK erst um 7pm erhalten gemäss der Aussage des Lieferanten. Während der Zwischenzeit (E-Mails verkehr) wurde mir eine billige ausrede mitgeteilt, dass die weissen Rosen ausgegangen sind und dies der Grund währe für die Verspätung (übrigens im Strauss waren die weissen Rosen vorhanden).
Auf jeden Fall bat der Lieferant, ob er am Tag danach den Rosenstrauss bringen darf?!? Nun was ist dann der Sinn des Valentinstag, wenn der Strauss nicht am 14.Februar sondern am 15. Februar ankommt?
Und das der Lieferant bat, dass am nächsten Tag zu Liefern....Unglaublich...Anhand den Bewertungen die ich leider im Nachhinein im Internet gelesen habe, bin ich nicht der einzige der die gleichen negative Erfahrungen erlebt hat.
Anscheinend ist die verspätete Lieferung ein bekanntes Problem dieses Unternehmen. Ich werde bestimmt nicht mehr auf dieser Website Buchen.
Und schade, dass der Strauss den ich bestellt habe nicht identisch war mit meiner Bestellung (zu klein). Ich bin überzeugt, dass der Strauss die hälfte des Preises war, denn es war kein schöner Anblick. Tja lass die Finger davon!

We received your order at 02.35am (Thai time) on 14 February, Valentines Day for same day delivery. At this point other flower shops had stopped accepting orders for 14 February delivery.
We were still able to accept orders, but placed a notice on our website that orders received at this time would be delivered in the evening of 14 February, due to all morning and afternoon delivery slots being already fully booked. As such, your order was delivered at approximately 20.30 on 14 February in accordance with the "Evening" delivery time specified at the time of order being placed.
If there is any quality or size / specification issue we request our customers to provide us with a photo of the arrangement received and we will replace your order immediately. However, we did not receive any complaint to this day into our customer service centre from you, via email, live chat or telephone and therefore were unaware of your disappointment until we read this review.
We are also confused as you ordered 5 red roses, with filler Eustomas. You did not order White Roses. We delivered 5 red roses with filler Eustoma's.
As you will see we pride ourselves on quality, fast delivery times and service. As you can see we are rated "Excellent" in Trustpilot from 450 reviews and we have over 680 Google reviews at 4.6 / 5 stars.
