If you could leave zero stars I would! Shocking online experience, ordered Asics GEL-NYC Rgd - Men Shoes on the 25/12/25 and next heard on the 29th that there was a delay. Next heard on the 1st Jam saying I’d cancelled my order and was getting a refund!!! I NEVER CANCELLED THE ORDER! Clearly, FL never intended to fulfill the order.
I don’t mind issues with ordering or delivery but don’t lie and say I did something which I didn’t.

Christmas present still not delivered and it is 30th December. You cannot speak to anyone, the chat is just a bot. Honestly just avoid.

Made an order just before Christmas. The item arrived on the 29th will no problems. Correct trainers and right size . Tracking was useful and delivery was made as it stated

This company is disgraceful the way they can treat people. Still waiting for my money since 6th December. I am in contact with trading standards. This company should not be trading. You have all been warned do not give them any money.

Just an update for anyone reading these reviews. I finally received my money back nearly a month later. I paid by Clearpay and they managed to recover my money. Hope this helps people if you in same position.

Footlocker then had the cheek to offer 10% discount as if I would use it. That got deleted straight away.

Foot Locker returns process is deliberately made difficult and complicated. I won't ever order from Foot Locker again.

Ordered a pair of trainers Friday 19th, delivered today 23rd, no issues. Updated emails, could track parcel easily. Was doubtful they’d even show up due to reviews, as they have and so fast I thought I must leave a review. Will be using again.

I made a purchase of a New Balance 9060 sneaker and the driver tried to deliver it to my neighbor. While she was reading the label, he took a photo of her holding the box. She informed him that the name on the package was not hers and that he should leave it in the building’s shed. The driver then left with my package and used the picture as a proof of delivery. After many days complaining via phone and chat, Foot Locker refused to refund my money because the parcel was delivered.

I paid £128 for the sneakers and ended up with neither the product nor my money. I contacted DHL and they didn’t even get back to me.

The driver also claimed that I signed for the delivery, which is not true — I did not sign anything. When I ask for proof of this signature, they change the subject.

I feel robbed and extremely disappointed with this company. I gave a 1-star rating because there was no option to give 0.

We received really excellent service today in your Leicester Highcross store, served by Mohammed. Wasn’t sure how to leave a review for him for that store specifically so writing it here, and I hope he is acknowledged- a real credit to Footlocker and left us feeling really pleasantly surprised after our visit today. Thank you!

Shocking customer service advisors made to follow stupid policies! All I have been forced to deal with are unfriendly, rude and just plain stupid! Avoid as they do not care if you receive your parcel or not and are not likely to offer replacements or refunds!

Ik heb op 10 juni 2025 bij Foot Locker een paar New Balance sneakers gekocht voor €190. Binnen zes maanden was de binnenkant zo versleten dat ik er blaren van kreeg, terwijl de buitenkant nog in uitstekende staat was. De schoenen zijn gebruikt zoals bedoeld: normaal, niet-dagelijks gebruik.

Ik heb de winkel in Arnhem bezocht en contact gehad met de klantenservice, maar Foot Locker weigert een oplossing te bieden en stelt zonder bewijs dat het “normale slijtage” zou zijn. Ook wordt ten onrechte verwezen naar de Consumentenbond.

Voor een premium product van deze prijs verwacht ik een redelijke levensduur en service. Helaas heeft Foot Locker hier tot op heden niet aan voldaan.

Ik hoop dat dit bericht anderen helpt een goed geïnformeerde keuze te maken en dat Foot Locker hun klantgerichtheid en wettelijke verplichtingen serieus neemt.

I placed an order for a Nike hoodie and joggers but they didn’t fit so were returned the day after receiving them. The tracking shows that they were received back to their warehouse but I still haven’t had my refund. I’ve spoken to 3 different agents, each one telling me a different thing and that I must wait 14 days before it could be escalated. When I still hadn’t received my refund I contacted them again, as I was told to, spoke to another agent who said I must wait another 2 days. Now a 3rd agent is telling me I need to wait another 2 days! In the meantime Footlocker have the goods back and over £100 of my money! Oh, and apparently they don’t have a complaints department, but I can email them and put in the email that I want it to go to complaints!?! Would give minus stars if I could.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with this is the second time they have mucked me about with a parcel and left me to Chase up dhl which isn’t how it works 5 separate occasions my delivery was meant to take place and 5 times not completed and customer service on footlocker is terrible don’t want to actually help you just tell you to sit and wait and c if it shows up now I have lost my money and my sons trainers they have severely breached the consumer act WARNING DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. I’ve made two orders recently, and after waiting at least a week for my items to be sent, I received an email saying they had cancelled my order because they didn’t have the stock available. Why advertise stock if they don’t have it? It’s the worst service I’ve ever had. To make matters worse, the automatic email sent out said they had cancelled my order as requested, as if they had done me a favour. I didn’t make any request for it to be cancelled. I just want my items!

I still haven’t received my order which I ordered almost 2 weeks ago. All I got since ordering was an email from them telling me theres delays over a week ago. There has been nothing since and their customer service is awful. They just make you chat with a bot who tells you to speak to dhl, who do not have my parcel as it hasn’t been dispatched. Finally got through to an online agent and all they said was to be patient. Best thing I’ve got so far is a £10 discount for my next order. Pretty pointless as I won’t be ordering from them again after this shambles. I know it’s black friday week but this is just ridiculous. I have ordered stuff from other brands this week and most of them are either with me now or on their way and they have given me frequent updates. Footlocker is a joke honestly

Worst experience ever faced from a retailer. Ordered a pair of trainers and received a used second hand one. And customer service is awful.

Order trainers 5th Nov, stated they had stock. A few days later the order was cancelled and no email to state this. Contacted CS looking a refund a reply will be between 3-10 days. Still no refund. Avoid these scammers at all costs. How they get away with ut is beyond me. Pity i hadnt checked here first. TERRIBLE COMPANY, AVOID YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...

I must say this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. There stock management has online is atrocious, they basically take your money, sit on it for a couple of days and then decide whether they have the stock or need to cancel the order. No clear updates, so it’s a little like Russian roulette whether you get anything. There are no excuses with technology now, stock availability should be real time.

Ordered a pair of trainers on Wednesday 12th and received them the next day (paid express shipping). Perfect condition and the item was as expected. Even got the trainers at a £64 reduction.

Not sure why this company has so many bad reviews but this was my first time ordering and will definitely be ordering again.

The missus ordered trainers for the little ones birthday, after 2 weeks of no shows every day (each day changing delivered tomorrow) we started contacting DHL and footlocker. Both companies are absolute turd!!! All you get on the phones is someone from India (no this isn't racist its a fact!!!!) Who hasn't the greatest grasp of the English language, can only tell you what their script says and not able to reply to important questions...so now I'm left with no trainers, still waiting for them to escalate the situation....despite DHL finally confirming they have "lost" the parcel. Swerve this awful company and put your money into somewhere that has at least a decent ENGLISH speaking customer service, because when things go wrong on their end, they've got ya money and they dont give a flying fcuk!!! Swerve swerve swerve!!!!!!!!!!
