Do not buy from this company. I’m not even sure if they exist. I ordered a football shirt TWO MONTHS ago. It still hasn’t arrived. Countless emails from me chasing the delivery have been met with fobbed off ‘it’s on its way’ replies, probably AI generated. I’ve now asked for a refund, but my emails are no longer get being replied to. I’m now starting legal proceedings to get my money back. Do not buy from this (bogus) company.

I bought a dressing gown it states delivered but i have not received the parcel, I have sent messages and emails but got no reply I have also tried to call the number on their website but its unrecognisable.
Very disappointing as this was a birthday gift

Didn't read reviews prior to purchase, fortunately, as my experience of product (Celtic Polo), and delivery is first class. No complaints.

Do not order from this company unless you are willing to order an item and forget about it. Customer service will assure you its on its way and they are doing everthing they can, however, they do not know anything about timeframes and when you track your purchase, carriers will state they are waiting for the item for many days until its recieved by them.

Bought a jacket that was faulty. They asked me to return and then stopped communicating and have not refunded me. Be aware and stay away.

Never read reviews before buying - which honestly would have put me off. Ordered coat and it was delivered quickly. Company kept me updated sending emails. Arrived via Amazon Prime. Husband loves it - so does my son!

After reading the terrible reviews I was convinced I wouldn’t receive my order so was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered 2 days later. I received updates on the order all the way through. The kids pjs I ordered were just as described on the site & packaged well. I can’t wait to give them to my nephews :)

Never recieved the order and it is impossible to contact them, the phone just rings and no replies to emails and voicemails. 2 christmas presnts I have to re purchase!

AVOID BROKEN PROMISES ON DELIVERY TIME STILL NOT RECEIVED AFTER A MONTH

I ordered a jersey around Dec 1, 2022 company confirmed order and took my payment, then nothing. No updates or anything.
I tried calling, no one answers the phone. I have had numerous chats but to no avail. Supposedly I've received a shipment tracking number but it doesn't state any proposed delivery date. I would never order from this company again. Steer clear and buy elsewhere. Our grandson sadly will not get his gift for Christmas.

I am glad I read the reviews after my purchase from Footballshoponline as I would probably not of purchased from them...Great experience bought some Chelsea pajamas as were not available on Amazon before Christmas paid for next day delivery and they turned up 24 hours later right size great price very pleased will use this company again. Thank you Merry Christmas

Put an order in for a jacket, given 2 delivery dates over a couple of weeks and still no jacket. Claim evri had processing problems ( how can they have processing problems when all they need to do is deliver) then when I've asked for a refund they say prove evri hasn't delivered to a neighbour ( I have none). They also know that no attempt has been made on delivery. Avoid at all costs. They also advise through amazon so be careful
