The patches are authentic, but the customer service is horrid. They treat customers with no respect. Darren is really a patronizing, condescending, and rude person. I suggest not working with them. There is no reason to deal with Darren or Football Authentica if you can find the patches somewhere else. Although they sell authentic patches, they are greedy, rude, and arrogant.

I ordered 2 name set(wich I waited 1 month to get but that's not the point of this 1 star review),and when they arrived i noticed that only one was there,and after waiting a whole month i found out that the name set I ordered and payed for was out of stock.
So I ask for my refund since the product I PAYED FOR WASN'T THERE and this guy has been ghosting me for weeks now.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM if you don't want to be scammed.

You paid,And received an item that doesn't look like the photo.
You show the evidence to the seller, and the seller tells you to "go find the manufacturer, not me".
After repeating this several times, he disappeared.
You can hardly imagine how shameless a person is to do such a thing.

Ordered a T-shirt for my son’s Birthday from this store. They have plenty of different football league teams, which is good. But they spelled my son’s name wrong, and the gift was ruined. It seems like people from local Starbucks just found a job there! They can’t even copy the name right!

Excellent,I have bought some LA LIGA namesets and patches on the website. In fact, I have been collecting jerseys for several years. I often buy patches and namesets for the printing of jerseys. I have my own means to identify the true and fake. After testing, these products I buy are true.

I ordered two namesets which Royal Mail returned to the sender because of covid lockdown.
Darren - who I pressume owns the site - was responsive at the beginning and said he was going to ship them again. Weeks passed (since February) and I still haven’t received them. He was responsive at the beginning but it’s been weeks since he stopped replying to emails or messages on instagram, even though new items keep being posted there. The phone number on their site is disconnected.
I have no issue in paying for shipping again but their lack of professionalism shows they have no respect for customers.
Avoid. Nameset sellers in Ebay from Hong Kong have more integrity (already says a lot).

I will never deal with this him anymore, very unprofessional and i have had a very crappy customer experience with this guy.

When I inquired about the product before ordering, I got a quick answer from them. But when I asked for a return after purchase, they are ignoring my request.
